It’s such a great experience. Actually I originally went to HK store at Harbour City to buy the shoes before I bought them online. Even though the shoes were not available at the shop there, the staff at Harbour City were very professional, helpful and nice.
The overall experience is really good and welcoming.
As a fan of Anson Lo from HK, I look forward to preordering the capsule collection in March and I definitely would recommend Giuseppe Zanotti to my family and friends. Thank you so much for the collaboration ❤️

Delivery was timely and secure. The shoes are beautiful, and I absolutely adore them! They do run small, but I anticipated that and ordered a half-size up since they are open-toe shoes. If they were closed shoes, I would probably order a full size up.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I’ve had with your company. I placed an order with great excitement, anticipating the arrival of a special birthday gift to celebrate my occasion. However, what should have been a joyful experience turned into a stressful ordeal due to multiple failures on your end.
First, my order arrived late. Then, to my shock, I received the wrong shoe size. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the shoe itself is also missed labeled. In addition to that on the website when I go to return and enter my order number it shows no previous order. I immediately reached out to your customer service team phone number (8444926688) and spoke with a representative from the Italy location. Instead of a resolution or even an apology, I was informed that I was sent the incorrect size because my original selection was unavailable. At no point was I notified of this issue, nor was I given the option to cancel or receive a refund. Instead, I was simply told that this is the warehouse location and I can return the item, with no effort made to rectify the situation.
Determined to resolve the matter quickly, I attempted to visit a physical store. However, the location listed on Google Maps was incorrect, and the phone number attached to the store was unreachable. This added yet another layer of frustration, as your company has not ensured that accurate information is provided to customers.
When I called back the next day to speak with a manager, I was met with additional obstacles. After briefly explaining my issue, I was transferred multiple times, forced to repeat myself unnecessarily, and then placed on an extended hold—only to have the call disconnected. When I called back, I requested a corporate contact and was told that no such information was available. A different representative then contradicted this, claiming that I was already speaking to corporate. The lack of transparency and consistency in the responses is unacceptable.
Eventually, I was able to speak with a manager (RYM), who also showed no sympathy and remorse after me explaining myself for the 10th time however, she then requested photos of the product, the box, and the QR code in order to process my return. I provided all requested information, only to receive a generic apology and an offer of 10% off my next purchase—an offer I explicitly declined, as I have no intention of shopping with your brand again after this experience. Following this, my emails went unanswered for two days. When I called back, manager RYM answer the line I was asked for my order number. I stated that I don’t have it at the current moment, but then I gave my name once I said my name and stated that I have been emailing you with no response I was once again placed on hold and abruptly hung up on. Calling back immediately, I was told that the same manager was now “unavailable.”
This entire experience has been unacceptable. At no point did anyone acknowledge responsibility for the mistake, attempt to rectify the situation promptly, or treat me with the respect a paying customer deserves. The disregard for customer satisfaction, lack of accountability, and blatant unprofessionalism displayed by your representatives, including management, is appalling.
As a luxury brand, I expected far better service. Instead, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I am beyond disappointed and will be sharing my experience to ensure others are aware of the unacceptable treatment I received.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I needed clarification on the returns process and I found the agent extremely rude and condescending.
I emailed a complaint and two weeks later have heard nothing.
As I result I will never be buying from this brand again, I thought I would try something other than Gucci or Louis Vuitton (where I usually shop).

I treat myself and ordered the Blue suede sneakers from House of Fraser at a good sales price and I am very happy with these, since list price was £520 - expensive but I paid £300, but the quality is excellent and they also give you leather in the sleeves of the zips. The main reason is that I hate tying up laces and the zips are great, not only do they look smart and unusual the whole shoe is very well built, so they may cost you more but get these designer shoes.
