HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! we bought a new kitchen from gerhards and the delivery was mis scheduled twice. Both times, I took time off from work only to be told that delivery would be made much later in the day. What ever you, DONT INTERACT WITH CHRISTINA!!!!! She is treated us as though we made a mistake and because of her I will NEVER buy from Gerhards again!!!

Beware! Do not buy from Gehrards. Once they take your money they wash their hands of you. Theur so called "customer service depatmrtment" is empowered to do nothing. Our LG washer broke within two weeks of installation. We were without a washer since August 18. Our new washer arrived today, October 4. Customer service promised several call backs which never came. Had to deal directly with LG customer service which was a fiasco. That we were long time Gehrards customers didn't matter to the store.

Bought a dishwasher and refrigerator after a dishwasher leak. Saleswoman misrepresented model and sold us a piece of junk. Although Bosch is best brand in dishwasher (previously owned their entry model), this model shouldn't be sold and especially not to people worried about leaks! It has no tray, inside is in 3 pieces vs. solid in unit up, but sales person said only difference is that it has a plastic bottom. Unbelievably uninformed! She should have told us there is no vent so dishes don't dry, unit stinks, doesn't clean dishes, spray arm constantly falls off as it is cheap plastic. Racks are cheap and don't even fit our dishes. We've had installation out twice and a tech out in the past two weeks and they won't let us swap this out. NO customer service. Manager just as uninformed and tried to tell me they have no complaints! Hardly. Cancelled fridge order at least. Will never shop there again.

Products are very good. But the service is the worst. I ordered my oven in October planning to make holiday meals. I was told to expect it by the end of the month. I got it mid February. No explanation, no contact for 4 months. I asked for a discount, NO to that. Big fat nasty don’t care about you NO. Family owned so NO where else to escalate my issue. So disappointed. Buyers beware.

From ordering to installation, dealing with the Malvern location was excellent. Good follow up and assistance.

We were most impressed by the knowledge and speedy research of Bill as he offered information about a refrigerator we were seeking. Christina also immediately offered her ideas and began researching. Seeing the two sales agents so engaged on our behalf was such a positive experience. We have been customers of Gerhard's for 35 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Nicole always is such a pleasure and very knowledgeable. She takes care of eveything with just 1 phone call. She is my go to. I refer all all friends, family & clients to her.

Nicole Powell was extremely helpful. She provided us with many different print outs of what we were looking for. We were able to order a dishwasher the next day that we are excited to get! Thank you for making us feel welcomed and free to ask any and all questions!

Paid almost $3k for a gas range. Provided measurements and pictures and scheduled installation 2.5 weeks later. The installer immediatley, within seconds told me he couldn’t install. Had sales and delivery communicated, perhaps I’d have what I paid for.

The sales person and manager took more than a day to tell me that they could install 2 weeks later, because apparently only one person in the Philadelphia area is qualified to install this gas range. This company has decades of experience, and they know ONE GUY. Or, more likely, they were too lazy or cheap to look for alternatives bc it was me holding the bag.

Their solution was that I could pay a few hundred dollars more for a different product I didn’t want. They literally suggested they could do it if I paid more.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Best of all I shopped around and got the best price and fastest delivery.

This is the second appliance I have purchased from Gerhard's in the last year. I was happy to go back after having a great experience the first time. I worked with Sally (Malvern location) both times, who I highly recommend. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and had great feedback on the items I was looking at from both a functional and aesthetic standpoint. Gerhard's is my go to store for appliances as I know I get exceptional customer service and great prices.

I can’t give it 5 stars because we haven’t received our refrigerator yet. But, I have confidence considering the sales rep, Nicole P. Who helped us was good. No hard sale tactics. We went in with something in mind and she addressed all our questions easily. We gave Gerhard’s a try based on other reviews. We are scheduled for a delivery for next week; other local dealers said we’d have to wait 2 months for delivery AND their prices were higher than Gerhard’s.

My husband and I stopped by Gerhard Appliance in Malvern to look for a new refrigerator. Our salesperson was Nicole Powell and we could not have been happier. She couldn’t do enough for us as far as getting us any information that we needed and we purchased the new refrigerator!

Delivery was fast order on monday night delivered weds the guys were in and out very pleasent and helpful great job
