Bad customer service and scam
Got to know that they couldn't send it to my country, so I wanted a full refund. Got a refund minus 20 dollars, so basically got scammed :) Really bad customer service as well. Thanks so much. Never shopping again and will never recommend you to anyone.

As it says top info Airsoft section in our webshop, unfortunately we can not ship Airsoft guns abroad. It's not that we don't want to it's DHL delivery service.
Your order got cancelled and your bank kept 20 dollars. We didn't collect anything. Please check with your bank service. Maybe the charged you in advance for the payment service abroad and you will get the money back later.

Horrible service and long delivery time
Fast delivery time - not even close. After a weeks of waiting you haven’t sent my package yet, though everything I ordered was available on your website.
Communication- horrible. The support person promised to call me back with the order delivery status, and I haven’t heard from him.

We apologize that your customer experience has been affected due to the high pressure now during these times in Europe. We have had problems in the system as it has shown that some products are available even though they are actually out of stock. Sharing our stock with our physical store might have been one factor.
Our support has also had much higher pressure under the prevailing circumstances.
