Great service, Damir & the team took great care of my belongings

Booked a delivery slot a week before job date, communication was slow but not a major concern, got a quote a couple of days later, that was fine so accepted that, all confirmed and set - we thought!, received a text message to say couldn’t do the job just 60 minutes before due to arrive, we were onsite at the storage centre and waiting, so it led to a real shock and big disruption, including a disappointed mother in law who’s belongings were supposed to get moved into her new home. We have used multiple delivery services before and never had a cancellation sprung on us at such last minute. Excuse was couldn’t get his guys to attend. If you want a rug moving or something you don’t care much about or need a firm delivery time, then ok you might be fine, this kind of business might suit you, but if you have furniture to move and a deadline to meet (such as your vacating a premises), be aware, you might be let down just minutes before your waiting for the van to arrive. Good luck if you use them 🙏 . It’s a poor show review from me.
