Amazing staff, always happy to help and advise and are very accommodating to my terrible German language skills.

Plastic pieces inside of the food. Dangerous for doggs! My dog have only problems after this food. Very bad quality, don't buy it.

Still haven't received my order which I placed on 9 February. Delivery said maximum 5 days and 10 days later I still don't have it. I need it urgently as I'm travelling from next week and it is for the trip. Can't get through to their online contact service – I haven't received any response to my inquiry.

They took my money, 48,82€ and never sent my item. They ignore my emails.

Bought a car box. Long story short , I could return it.
Ha! I bought it on the 7th of April and I’m still waiting for it to be collected as agreed in various mails. I’m almost waiting for 3 months now. The communication is atrocious. People don’t think with their clients. It’s very very stiff and very laborious. I would never ever buy here again.

Terrible service. I ordered the food for our dog 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to be shipped. You can only contact them via contact form, which I did and was informed that they will only be able to process the email in 7 working days! If you want your dog food arrive within a reasonable amount of time, don't shop there.

Delivery are very fast and normally the food is a bit reduced price unlike other online store brands.

I want to give more stars but I ordered online one time and only after two weeks did they dispatch my order! It said delivery time was up till 5 weekdays but that only after the two weeks of waiting time. The times were alright - that's why I'm giving 3 stars - but if I order online I don't wanna wait almost a month until I receive my order.

Prompt delivery after online purchase. Not the most user friendly online shop however. But good list of products.

We regularly order feed and equipment for our dog. The delivery is fast and reliable and they have a wide range of products. Returns also go smoothly. Prefer the online shop over the stationary shops, as they are sometimes a bit messy, depending on the location.
