The worst bar experience you could ever find in Benidorm
The staff and service at this bar are rude , incompetent, don’t listen , we visited yesterday & were kept waiting 15 mins before finally getting a waiter , placed order for 4 drinks & waited , waited , waited , after another 15 mins waiter brings only 3 drinks . We asked where the 4th drink was and he said he thought we only asked for 1 pint , another 5 mins so went to the bar to be told it’s coming , waiter must bring it . By now we are all seething with farce of it all . We suffered 3 rounds by ordering while still having our drinks half full & asked for the bill when 3rd round was delivered so we weren’t kept waiting for ever on wanting to leave when done . Well it was just the same torture keep asking over and over to pay . This bar is well located but it’s very expensive on drinks & with such poor service doesn’t deserve to have any customers whatsoever. We spoke to customers on several table close to us who also had same terrible service & a couple who gave up and walked out because they couldn’t stand the waiting time . We advise avoiding this place as there are so many bars in the area crying out for customers that will give good speedier service .
