I got scammed!!! Ordered beautiful flowers for Mother's Day, with this Covid-19, I had to keep my distance. Flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before as they said it would be too busy on the Sunday but it is now Monday and no flowers were delivered. I have called & called never getting through to anyone. I have emailed. This is very frustrating, I am in Canada and I was charged US since it says it's an American Company. Will I get my money back i sincerely doubt it. I should of read the reviews also. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A FAKE AND YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!

Worst Customer Service ever! I ordered Mothers Day flowers on the Tuesday, 5/5/2020 for delivery on Saturday, 5/10/2020, called on Wednesday, 5/6/2020 and spoke to "Brian" to make sure they received the order and the correct credit card, and he confirmed and said a receipt will be emailed. It's Monday, May 11 and the flowers have not arrived. The credit card has been charged on May 7 yet no receipt was sent. You think that they would deliver on time after they charge you an additional $60 for Mothers Day occasion. The worst part is NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU. There are several numbers and all of them goes to voicemail. "Contact Us" does not work either. You put in your phone number and email, and NO GETS BACK TO YOU. Will there be an apology? Will I get a refund? Bottom line: I won't use this company again. Don't get sucked into their scam.

I requested same day delivery on mothers day and it was not delivered. I never received an email confirmation. I called them 3 times, I emailed, I reached out and was never contacted back. Their customer service is seemingly nonexistent. Such a disappointment.

This company does not even deserve any 1 star. I ordered these beautiful flowers for my mother and when they were delivered the flowers were dead when they arrived ! They looked nothing, absolutely nothing like what was advertised on their website. Anyway I contacted the company told them what happened I sent them multiple pictures of the flowers and they said they would get back to me. They called me from an American number (I live in Canada) when I would answer no one would speak and then they would hang up. I would then have to call back and be put on hold for 45 mins or longer and I incurred long distance charges. Anyways after I would get through to someone they would tell me their manager is busy and we will contact you again.
After a week of doing this I finally got through to a manager and he was so rude to me and said he would not provide a refund and the only thing they could do was send the flowers again. At this point I just wanted my money back but he told me “ you will never get your money, you can say or do whatever you want, too bad” those were his words and I was just shocked at the terrible customer service I had experienced throughout this entire process. I never got my money back and they never even sent me another order of flowers. Absolutely pathetic.

Please do not purchase anything from these people -they are the absolute worst. This company should be reported for false advertising and tricking people and taking their hard earned money. This is not a business it is a scam.

Bait and Switch
Such a scam. I got flowers delivered to me. Small bouquet, but pretty. I sent the picture to the person who had ordered them for me and they were surprised. Why? Because they had paid over $100 for a huge rose bouquet and what I had received included maybe 10 mixed flowers and had come two days before the event they were scheduled for. Company claims they used "more expensive and fresh flowers" as their excuse for robbing the sender of over $60 plus extra shipping fees for a holiday. The flowers used were actually cheaper and the bouquet selected was 1/6th of the size of the original purchased item at best. STAY AWAY.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a sympathy bouquet on a Wednesday to be delivered the next day. For the next two days I received emails apologizing that the delivery was not able to be "processed". I called on Friday and asked to cancel the order. Customer Service was not only unfriendly but refused to cancel the order. She initially offered me a $7. credit which she tried to recant at a later time. The manager refused to speak with me. I was put on hold twice. I will never use this company again!

I placed an order for a Funeral delivery on 2nd of Nov. The flower got deivery 4 days after a funeral took place. No email or followup order from the customer department. Customer service are horible & completed waste of time. Website look proffessional but make sure that you put that those white flowers you order are for a funeral other wise they think it for a birthday party with a card said that "sorry for your loss".
DONT WASTE your $ order with them. They greeting event said you can order the flower the“same day GUARANTEED delivery”. totally misleading. You lucky if you get your flower 4 days after the event. They blame it on their well lay out website and very friendly customer services staff

I received a confirmation of the order and payment immediately upon placing the order. Got to the funeral and there were no flowers from us! I got on the phone immediately to see what was going on and they hadn’t contacted a local florist to fill the order! Worst service ever! I said the funeral service was starting in 15 minutes and I wanted them to cancel the order and refund my money. I read another review after the fact and this is the exact same thing that happened to me: Customer service unhelpful, kept asking for more money to as yet deliver the next day... no willingness to acknowledge the inconvenience, or take responsibility, or even remorse from the offshore call centre. Insult to injury, by way of compensation they would do a $5 discount on a replacement order instead. They already had my money, refuse to reimburse and are adamant on sending flowers at another time or for a different occasion! I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for another 10 minutes. I finally had to say I had to leave and go to the service and to have someone call me and I wanted a refund!! A supervisor did finally call me back and said they would refund my credit card. Still waiting to see if that happens! Steer clear of this website!!

My car is in the shop so I knew I wouldn’t have the ability to pick up flowers for my mom, so I decided to turn to FlowerDelivery.com, seeing that they had “same day GUARANTEED delivery” which had obviously caught my attention. I spent over $100 on these flowers to be delivered to my mother on mother’s day, and they did not show up. I called an unbelievable amount of times and was never able to reach a real person. I left SIX MESSAGES because they didn’t even have the decency to give me an update on my flowers!! It’s been 3 days and still nothing!!!! Screw this site, won’t even refund my $100.
