Impeccable Customer Service
I made an online booking through Flight Centre and due to some system errors the details of the traveler did not come through correctly on the airlines side and this prevented her from boarding the first time. An absolute disaster as you can imagine.
I then had to cancel the ticket and rebook only to discover the same issue happened. I then went to the nearest Flight Centre branch which was in the Kolonnade at the time, and although it was not their problem to assist me, as it was booked online, Schermiel & Marcele were extremely helpful and friendly in assisting me to sort out the problem.
Schermiel followed up with me even after I had left to fetch my kids from school to ensure I received the amended flight ticket and advised she'd take her laptop home to monitor any correspondence on the matter as she understood the urgency.
Needless to say, thank you to their assistance, the traveler was able to board without an issue. I will now not even bother to book online anymore, I'll just go straight to these ladies as their service was impeccable!
Thank you for giving me faith in South African Customer Service again, something I have not been able to say in a very long time.

Happy customer
The agent was very profesional. She were friendly hand helped me till the end.
