Farah from Flight Centre was very helpful and gave us several options to choose from for our holiday to Mauritius.

I’ll tell you what made this experience great. Farghanna’s knowledge of our chosen vacation destination and in the follow through her to detail. She was incredible, knew the answers to my questions as I asked and was able to expand on the subject matter as though she’d been there a hundred times. Talk about a confidence builder for me. I found her extremely approachable and helpful, never trying to steer me towards an end product, rather providing options and information about various products to help me with decision making. I have already recommended her to friends looking for a capable individual.

I have booked with Mornay a few times in a row now and I really appreciate his interested attitude and his diligence. In addition, he always makes sure that I get the best deal possible! Thank you Mornay!

Mornay Carstens at the Cavendish, Cape Town office, is the most helpful agent. He provides documentation, advice, seat bookings and also assists with refund collections etc. This is WAY BEYOND his call of duty. He should be paid monthly bonusses!! He is the reason I continually make use of Flight Centre. His help to 70+ year old techno challenged travelers is astounding.

This is our second trip that Morne has booked and he has gone above and beyond to assist us. We had trouble on Istanbul airport flying out to Dubai to stay for a few days before heading home. It was such a stressful time and happened on XMAS day. Morne was on leave and on holiday but still managed to assist and guide me on all my options. He even contacted Emergency assist on my behalf, constantly checked in until we were sorted. He is an absolute gem and amazing at what he does. He managed to help me despite the difficulty on his side. More you are truly appreciated Thank you.

Shocking ! I have never experienced such bad service as with Cavendish Store Flight Centre. I am a regular flier and use a number of travel agencies, I am used to trusting their professionalism. I have just been so badly let down by this agency I will never book with them again. They undertake to do things and then simply do not do them. It results in a disaster They are totally unreliable. NEVER AGAIN!

Morne always gets a better deal than I can. Been using him for many years and I always try to beat him and he always gets me a better deal than I could
