I’m really disappointed with my recent order. The flowers delivered were completely different from what I had selected — not just minor substitutions, but an entirely different theme, colour palette, and overall style. The arrangement I received bore little resemblance to what was advertised or ordered.
To make matters worse, I had specifically paid for a supersize arrangement, which was clearly not what was delivered. The bouquet was smaller and lacked the fullness and impact I expected.
I understand that substitutions can sometimes be necessary, but they should at least be in keeping with the original design and value. This felt like a poor replacement with no attention to the original request.
Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price paid. I would not feel confident ordering again based on this experience.

Had flowers delivered to a loved on in the hospital very far away, and I am so, go glad to have found these guys. They had beautiful selection and got the job done smoothly and responsibly.
Ordering was simple, and afterwards the delivery email updates were reassuring. By the end the flowers were as lovely hoped and there were no problems receiving them.
Also a note on delivery to a hospital specifically, we put the hospital room and section in the instructions field, not with the hospital address in the address field. Being far away, it was a relief that the delivery person found their way with that info without calling to ask for specific directions through the facility.
Also, I won't say which business(es) I almost ordered from that made me grateful for what did *not* happen, too. (No sneaky trying to close my online same-day delivery as next-day over the phone, and no spamming me with calls for two days. Yay).
So basically, thanks Bloomex for coming clutch with beautiful flowers and good service.
Notes: Not sure why it keep changing, but this experience was actually 17/03/2026.

I was very disappointed, with the service, with the delivery and with the order itself. I placed an order on March 19th for a March 21st delivery. On the 22nd, I received an e-mail saying they would deliver on the 24th! I requested a cancellation of the order at the recipient would not receive it on time, but was completely ignored and the product was delivered on the 24th. The flowers received did not look anything like the flowers order. Very disappointed and disappointing. Would not recommend at all.

I ordered a sympathy order that would have to be delivered to a very rural location. Instead of them simply saying they couldn’t do it, they accommodated me as best they could.
The woman I spoke with, Aaliah, was so very helpful! She gave me options and explained everything so very well. She took the time to discuss with me how the delivery works do I was able make an informed decision on everything.
