Atrocious customer service

The pieces have mostly been lovely, but god help you if you have to interact with customer service, who are curt, glib and dismissive, without exception. Missing delivery? "Sorry, that's out of our hands. Did you have any other questions?" Order cancelled without explanation? "Yes, we cancelled it because the frame that we offer on the site no longer exists. Sorry. Any other questions?" Horrid!

Can’t purchase!! BUG?? CRASH??

I’m wanting to buy few artworks but during checkout it’s not letting me confirm because
“OOPS... SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. Please enter valid credit card information. Verify your card number, expiration date, and security code.”

But I have already check my number and everything atleast 100 times and been trying to confirm but it’s just not letting me. So I’ve tried signing up for this site but at there wasn’t a column were I verify the code so that didn’t work as well.

I need these artworks asap but it’s not even letting me purchase for 3 days now. so what can I do about this?? Is it a crash or a bug? Cuz I’ve tried so many times also with different cards (correct info) but still tells me the same thing.

No product, service, replies, updates or support - NOTHING but money taken

I placed the order on 11/28 - It has never arrived.

Delivery attempts - NONE
Contact via email from the courier - NONE
Contact via phone from the courier - NONE
Contact via post from the courier - NONE

I have no address, no contact info - NOTHING WHATSOEVER from this courier. I would not know where to pick it up or what info to provide. NOTHING. There is NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER OR FACILITATE DELIVERY

Reach out to the company and I am given an email contact in the wrong country.

Reach out to a new contact and I receive a reply that they will investigate and get back within 48 hours.

10 days ago.

The policy is after 30 days I cannot have a refund. This is clearly a scam with delay tactics to push past the date and hope I will forget or fail to contact my credit card and reverse the charges as it is an order which is not fulfilled. There is no attempt to fulfill it, nothing at all.

Beware total scam from Czechia.

As a premium member artist on Fine Art…

As a premium member artist on Fine Art America for over 7 years, I have generally valued the platform for showcasing my work. However, I have encountered repeated intermittent issues with two key features: my visitor statistics and analytics dashboard become unavailable for extended periods without explanation, and my ability to comment on my own artwork is also disabled sporadically.
After checking with other artists through various social media platforms and forums, it appears these problems are specific to my account, as fellow members report consistent access to both features. This account-specific pattern raises concerns about reliability and equitable treatment for long-term users.
I hope the team can investigate and permanently resolve these issues to restore full functionality and trust in the platform.

Although I was not active online for a few years, I have consistently relied on the platform to upload and showcase my artwork. Fine Art America provides a professional and reliable space for artists to display and sell their work globally. The upload process is simple, and the variety of print and merchandise options makes monetizing art easy and stress-free.

What I appreciate most is that the platform handles production, fulfillment, and delivery, allowing artists like me to focus on creating art. Even with breaks in online activity, Fine Art America remains a valuable and trustworthy platform for independent and traditional artists seeking wider exposure.

Fine Art America issues - quality, tech and customer service

Fine Art America issues: I am a new artist on your site. I joined at the beginning of the holiday season, so that I could market my art products. Almost all of my customers had bad issues with the site, some so bad they could not complete their order!! Also, I athe customer service for my customers was very poor. I am so disappointed, I am seriously considering deleting all my images from the site!
Quality issues
“Tapestry” product – a real tapestry is a fine art product. The product on FAA is NOT A TAPESTRY!! This should be made very clear in the description, or it should be deleted entirely. My customer was VERY disappointed!!!
Puzzle issue – I bought a puzzle for my daughter. When they tried to work on it, the puzzle has a very bad gas smell. Is formaldehyde used in the puzzle glue process? The supplier should use NON-TOXIC GLUE in the puzzle manufacturing process!! Especially considering the high pride of the puzzles.
Technical issues:
Several customers had problems logging on the site from Apple computers/iPads/phones. Some could not login from their Apple device. One client tried to order several products. When she got to the checkout screen, the form kept reloading, and she could not complete the order!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Customer support issues:
When I reported the tapestry quality issue, no one responded to me. When my client reported issues with logging in, she got not response. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

A smooth and quick transaction from…

A smooth and quick transaction from start to finish. I ordered a large painting that was printed on perspex. Its now got pride of place on my living room wall.l love it ,and highly recommend this company.They have a huge range of worldwide artists and designs to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. You can even upload your own artwork and sell it on their website. Wish i could give more than 5 stars.

ordered product to get by christmas

ordered product to get by christmas. had to call wondering what was taking so long only to find out the matting i wanted was not available. Ok that happens. then waited and 9 days before Christmas i got an email canceling my order and stating that12/16/2025 the print size i wanted not available even though the website stated i could and no indication when on phone this was a problem.

Terrible Company

They canceled my order after I had paid for it in full. And they tell me that it was canceled because my credit score was low. That is absolutely ridiculous, and that should not matter. They never even notified me that it was canceled or why. I don't know who in the world does this , ive never experienced anything like this. DO NOT give them any business.

I was sent the wrong item & no customer sevice

I was sent the wrong item, something much cheaper than what I paid for, and as soon as I said I wanted my money back the customer service started ghosting me. Not to mention, I'm not spending my money to ship a giant print to the US, which wasn't even what I ordered.

placing order was easy, confirmation details were exact and the order arrived so well packaged so no chance of breakage. Customer service was speedy on their response. I will definitely order from Fine Art again.

Poor quality print on cheap paper

Janet Hill print arrived but is of very poor quality - probably scaled up from a smaller print, on a photocopier.
I have ordered prints of this artist before from another company the difference in quality.of paper and of the print with that sold by this website is so stark. I will never order from this company again and would advise that you do not buy from them either.

Quality, detailed print

I ordered a black-and-white Gothic cemetery, print matted and framed as a Christmas gift for a dear friend. It was very well packaged and is a beautiful piece. Very satisfied with the overall experience with fine art America will definitely order again.

Their customer service and order…

Their customer service and order delivery is terrible. Ordered Nov 28, still haven’t received my order on Dec 15. Their explanation? They received too many orders and can’t keep up. Ridiculous! That’s an internal problem, not a problem for the customer to deal with.
