Atrocious customer service
The pieces have mostly been lovely, but god help you if you have to interact with customer service, who are curt, glib and dismissive, without exception. Missing delivery? "Sorry, that's out of our hands. Did you have any other questions?" Order cancelled without explanation? "Yes, we cancelled it because the frame that we offer on the site no longer exists. Sorry. Any other questions?" Horrid!
Can’t purchase!! BUG?? CRASH??
I’m wanting to buy few artworks but during checkout it’s not letting me confirm because
“OOPS... SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. Please enter valid credit card information. Verify your card number, expiration date, and security code.”
But I have already check my number and everything atleast 100 times and been trying to confirm but it’s just not letting me. So I’ve tried signing up for this site but at there wasn’t a column were I verify the code so that didn’t work as well.
I need these artworks asap but it’s not even letting me purchase for 3 days now. so what can I do about this?? Is it a crash or a bug? Cuz I’ve tried so many times also with different cards (correct info) but still tells me the same thing.

The policy is after 30 days I cannot have a refund. This is clearly a scam with delay tactics to push past the date and hope I will forget or fail to contact my credit card and reverse the charges as it is an order which is not fulfilled. There is no attempt to fulfill it, nothing at all.

Fine Art America issues - quality, tech and customer service
Fine Art America issues: I am a new artist on your site. I joined at the beginning of the holiday season, so that I could market my art products. Almost all of my customers had bad issues with the site, some so bad they could not complete their order!! Also, I athe customer service for my customers was very poor. I am so disappointed, I am seriously considering deleting all my images from the site!
Quality issues
“Tapestry” product – a real tapestry is a fine art product. The product on FAA is NOT A TAPESTRY!! This should be made very clear in the description, or it should be deleted entirely. My customer was VERY disappointed!!!
Puzzle issue – I bought a puzzle for my daughter. When they tried to work on it, the puzzle has a very bad gas smell. Is formaldehyde used in the puzzle glue process? The supplier should use NON-TOXIC GLUE in the puzzle manufacturing process!! Especially considering the high pride of the puzzles.
Technical issues:
Several customers had problems logging on the site from Apple computers/iPads/phones. Some could not login from their Apple device. One client tried to order several products. When she got to the checkout screen, the form kept reloading, and she could not complete the order!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
Customer support issues:
When I reported the tapestry quality issue, no one responded to me. When my client reported issues with logging in, she got not response. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

A smooth and quick transaction from start to finish. I ordered a large painting that was printed on perspex. Its now got pride of place on my living room wall.l love it ,and highly recommend this company.They have a huge range of worldwide artists and designs to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. You can even upload your own artwork and sell it on their website. Wish i could give more than 5 stars.

ordered product to get by christmas. had to call wondering what was taking so long only to find out the matting i wanted was not available. Ok that happens. then waited and 9 days before Christmas i got an email canceling my order and stating that12/16/2025 the print size i wanted not available even though the website stated i could and no indication when on phone this was a problem.
Terrible Company
They canceled my order after I had paid for it in full. And they tell me that it was canceled because my credit score was low. That is absolutely ridiculous, and that should not matter. They never even notified me that it was canceled or why. I don't know who in the world does this , ive never experienced anything like this. DO NOT give them any business.

I was sent the wrong item, something much cheaper than what I paid for, and as soon as I said I wanted my money back the customer service started ghosting me. Not to mention, I'm not spending my money to ship a giant print to the US, which wasn't even what I ordered.

Poor quality print on cheap paper
Janet Hill print arrived but is of very poor quality - probably scaled up from a smaller print, on a photocopier.
I have ordered prints of this artist before from another company the difference in quality.of paper and of the print with that sold by this website is so stark. I will never order from this company again and would advise that you do not buy from them either.

Their customer service and order delivery is terrible. Ordered Nov 28, still haven’t received my order on Dec 15. Their explanation? They received too many orders and can’t keep up. Ridiculous! That’s an internal problem, not a problem for the customer to deal with.
