Susannah was there when I went to…

Susannah was there when I went to purchase some medicine for a cold. She was exceptionally rude to me and very uninterested, unhelpful. Coincidentally she was equally rude to an Italian girl as well. Not a good representation of this pharmacy.

I bought some products december 29

I bought some products on December 29, that never arrived until today January 4th. I went to the website and the contact phone was not there. I managed to find the contact email and sent a message but no one from farmacia.pt answered me. Then I searched for the domain owner which seems to be a company named Cosmetis that is registered by 7Skin, a company from Portugal. I contacted 7Skin to find out where the products I have payed for and never received. 7Skin told me they would contact farmacia.pt to tell me what is going on. I probably will never buy from them again. The lack of response and not having a chat or contact phone is a big red flag.
