The most expensive writing scam powered by ChatGPT

Unfortunately, This Company turned out to be a scam. They charged me $5500 to write a resume, create personal branding assets, LinkedIn page and an CV which I paid an extra $500 for and assured me that the person writing the resume and CV was an industry professional from my industry. I also asked if they used AI and they gave me a no AI used guarantee. After the first iteration of it was clear that an industry professional had not worked on it and it was done using AI. When I pointed it out they started deflecting and making excuses even though I have a Masters in AI so I know how to pull the code. Instead of admit it, they continued to argue and they agreed to try again and instead I got another AI generated CV. Keep in mind that they didn’t deliver anything else yet that I paid $5000 for. This had gone back and forth for almost a year. Until finally Sarah the writer admitted that they did use AI but that they felt they did a good job. Even though everything was misspelled they hadn’t got any of the titles right. Then she left the company and I never received anything else. I reached out to the company recently and they denied everything and said they delivered what they should have. Keep in mind that they never actually wrote the resume or provided anything else this company promised. It’s an absolute scam, there is no personalized service and there are plenty of companies doing the same kind of work for $500 and below. This company is deceitful and misleading. Beware!
