Not able to board with EuroAirlines tickets
I have bought tickets with BudgetAir on EuroAirlines for trip from Cairo to Aswan 18/02/2026 but could not board on the flight with the e-ticket provided. There was no EuroAirlines or partner desk that could do the check-in at the Airport, I have lost onde day vacation solving this. I had to buy new tickets and I am still fighting to get rembursed for these flights and overcosts generated by this.
Not RELIABLE, overbooking
I do confirm that this airline is a scam. They overbooked me on a plane operated by another airline and I had to buy another ticket at the last minute. Better to avoid

I've been mailing customer service weekly with all necessary information since then and if they reply always same story: 'refund is under review'. Yeah, right? How difficult can it be? You cancelled the flight yourself. What an extremely shitty company if it takes more than three months to transfer information between departments? This is a scam! Can anyone give me directions on how to file a legal complaint to take these scammers down?
Oh and then what a joke: reply from Euroairlines here! They requesting me to send my info to their customer service in order to help me! CHECK YOUR F*NG INBOX moron, it's all in there. Do you really think I'm retard? This is not going to go down well for you Euroairlines!

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from Euro Airlines unless you enjoy throwing your money away and wasting your time. I booked a flight with them in early August 2025, only to have it cancelled without warning or explanation just three days before departure. When I reached out to them, I was told a refund would be processed and even given a waiver code. That was nearly two months ago.
Despite numerous follow-ups, I've yet to see a single penny returned. The customer "service" is a joke, with representatives pointing fingers at the travel agency, who in turn claim the airline hasn't processed the refund. It's a never-ending cycle of excuses and lies. The airline even lied that the refund request was processed on August 20th, a week after the flight cancellation but the travel agency told me that a refund request is processed automatically the very same day a flight is cancelled.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability is staggering. Euro Airlines clearly prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. Their actions are unacceptable, and I demand better from any airline.
To anyone considering flying with Euro Airlines, don't make the same mistake I did. You're likely to be left stranded, frustrated, and out of pocket. Take your business (and your sanity) elsewhere.
*Update:* I'll continue to update this review until I receive my refund and a formal apology from Euro airlines. Until then, avoid them like the plague.

Worst airline experience ever
My flight from Bergamo to Nice in June 2025 was canceled and I still have not received refund after 2 months. According to the travel agency (Travellink) the request is still in review with the airline.

Flight had been cancelled by the airline on 09/06/25. I had selected confirmation of cancellation and refund option that day. Over a month later and still have not received my refund!! They claim that the entire refund process takes 10-15 days. I have been in contact with the travel agency (booking.com) several times who advise me that they have not received the refund from the airline yet. This is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. I have been out of pocket, severely frustrated with the lack of communication and responsibility from BOTH the airline and the booking agency. I don’t understand what is taking the airline so long to process the refund!! Horrible experience

Don't ever book a flight with Euroairlines!
Euroairlines cancelled my flight in March and 11 weeks later there's still no sign of my money being refunded! Online booking agent (Lastminute.com) say they're waiting for a refund from Euroairlines and Euroairlines tell me to contact the booking agent (which I've done numerous times) - and round and round in circles we go! No accountability from either company and in the meantime I'm still hugely out of pocket 11 weeks later due to Euroairlines cancelling my flight and no communication about when I will see my money again. Shocking customer service all round!

I had a booking from Nice to Bergamo on 18th of July 2025. They cancelled it 6 weeks ago and refused to refund. Both I and the travelagent has claimed refunds through valid ticket but we've both been refused refund.
Euroairlines are now selling tickets to the same flight, on the same date at the excact same time of day.
This is not a company who intent to oblige to the law when they both deni refund AND start selling tickets to the same flights again.
I strongly advice everyone not to use Euroairlines.

I had a flight booked with Euroairlines from Paris to Madrid for May 4, which they cancelled on March 23. Despite the cancellation being over seven weeks ago, I still have not received my refund.
I’ve been in constant contact with the booking agency (Trip), who claim they submitted the refund request to the airline, but nothing has happened. No communication, no updates, no accountability.
Euroairlines is clearly ignoring its responsibility under EU Regulation EC 261/2004, which requires airlines to issue refunds within 7 days of a cancellation. This is not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable.
I do not recommend this airline to anyone. If they cancel your flight, expect to be left waiting indefinitely for your money, with no clear answers and no respect for your rights as a passenger.

Cancelled flight and a month later no refund
My Euroairlines flight was cancelled almost a month ago and I haven't recieved a refund. I can't afford to book an alternative flight until I recieve the refund and prices are going up. Seems like a bad review here is the best way of making contact with the company.

No assistance provided with cancellation
My travel agent booked a flight on "euroairlines" from Paris CDG. The flight was cancelled.
I am therefore entitled for a full refund of the ticket. As the ticket was issued by IATA-agency "291-EUROAIRLINES S.L.", only this company is permitted to reimburse. However, my travel agency is waiting now for weeks to get the full refund from this company. Best to avoid booking with this company!

Never purchase a ticket with this company. Company cancels a return whole flight a week in advance. Just tells you to contact your online travel agency to obtain a refund on your return flight.
Regardless to say this is non-compliant with European legislation and in particular Regulations, as in this circumstances, under the law company is obliged to (i) provide a return flight on similar conditions and dates to the original one / or in case this is not feasible, provide a full refund of both flights and even hotel expenses upon destination; (ii) moreover, also provide full compensation of 250 Euros per passenger due to non-compliance.
There is no attention from the airline in relation to this and now we are in a position of lack of information, no attention from anyone on the other side of the phone and company cheating on all customers.
A solution is required immediately!

When I did the booking they didn't mention the real operator
I booked a flight in Edreams expecting it to be operated by EuroAirLines, but after payment, I found out it was actually operated by VivaAerobus—a carrier I deliberately chose to avoid. At no point during the booking process was this information disclosed. I only learned about it after receiving my e-ticket.
When I contacted EuroAirLines for assistance, I was told only eDreams could handle cancellations, even though eDreams directed me back to EuroAirLines. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating, with neither company taking responsibility. EuroAirLines claimed eDreams has full access to operator information, yet eDreams insists otherwise.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and I am now left with a flight I did not want. I am requesting a full refund due to the misleading information and poor service from both EuroAirLines and eDreams.
