Money received not showing up. Lost 20k plus in forex

The bank wasted my time, lost money during and 5 days on, I don’t have my money showing up in the account. They confirmed money received and will credit into my account. Still not showing up. Excuses are: system glitch, our app is down, headquarters finished work early, customer service answers 1 out of 50 calls. Weekend get the way. Then, we will give you today’s exchange not when the bank received - lost 20k in exchange. I asked go ahead. Still money not showing up. Still exchange going down. Another weekend is on!!! This will be my last time I am banking with them!!! I am begging my money to get at this stage.

I felt like i was sucker punched by premier banking…

I only wish I had read some of these reviews before I accepted a credit card from them. They are absolute crooks! People beware they are scammers in the worst way. They get to do it legally and get away with it. They claim they was paying and amazon bill of mines but amazon was taking the money out of my bank account. Amazon said they only received a payment from them once and I authorized that payment until I got my new bank card. I wasn't keeping and eye on my Premier credit card cause I had gotten sick. When I got to feeling better that's when I realized Premier was stating that they was paying Amazon all those months, when I was paying amazon with my bank card. I'm sorry I ever heard of Premier banking. People don't say you wasn't far warned about these crooks!!!

I had their credit card for…

I had their credit card for approximately three years and for the most part all went well. On or about November 1, 2024 I paid off my balance and requested the account be closed, as part of an effort to reduce my credit cards debt overall. The Representative tried hard to get me to keep the account open even offering to waive the annual fee. I insisted I wanted the account closed and they proceeded to close it. On or about November 20-25 they came up with a charge of $7.93 and claim this charge was returned unpaid by my bank so in addition to the $7.93 they added a returned charge fee of $28.00 bringing the total amount due to $35.93. (Incidentally, the alleged charge for $7.93 never appeared on my bank account and in three years I never had a charge not paid). I called them to dispute the $35.93 balance and after some discussion with a Customer Service Representative who was extremely rude on the phone, he agreed to waive the $28.00 fees and I immediately paid the $7.93 oustanding balance online. As of today's date; December 12, 2024 their website still shows a $35.93 outstanding balance, plus there is a Notice that my next statement will include a $45.00 annual fee. Before you open a credit card account with this bank consider what may happen when you try to close the account!

If I could give them a 0 I would

If I could give them a 0 I would! First of all I was disgusted because it was recommended by Experian app that I applied for this credit card and upon receiving the actual card and reading the fees I was not going to be activating it and then I get a email saying that the enrollment fee had been taken care of so I responded that I never gave them my account information or permission to take any money for this fee and also that I had destroyed the card and would like my name and information removed from s any further communication and then they just took it upon themselves to take the money out of my bank account causing my car insurance payment to be declined and not to mention that I had this email specifically telling them they were not given any permission or information by me and that the card had been destroyed and I called them immediately and they claimed that they had been given my information and I said that they were a financial institution and could easily access my account information and I requested the money be refunded immediately and I was told it would be then I had to go to my bank and I even brought them the print out of my email but they wouldn't even refuse the payment or anything so then I still was receiving emails from them as if I was going to be using the card and they said that they couldn't send me anything in the mail because they had gotten returned mail from my address and when I got the card out of my garbage and called it said it had no available credit or anything so I called again and they claimed it was in the process of being returned to me by check and i asked why it was not going to be immediately put back in my bank account as they had no problem taking it out and the representative got very rude and said it was being processed to be mailed to me in a check so I said you just contradicted yourself because you just got done telling me that you were not able to send me anything to my address and how were you mailing the check? And I actually had gotten something yesterday in the mail from them!! Biggest scam and horrible business and totally rude customer service representatives!! My bank account is screwed up and my credit score went down 89 points because of this company DO NOT APPLY OR ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Do not get their credit card!

Do not get their credit card! I just got my card end of March. First, my card didn't work the first time I tried to use it because I had to pay some fee upfront. I was already at the store check out so I had no choice but to pay the fee. Now I just got my first bill and to my surprise, they charged me a late fee. I called thinking that there must be some mistake. According to the person I spoke to, I was supposed to magically know that I had to make a payment on 4/22 because their cutoff happens to be the date that I started using the card so I had a bill issued when it hadn't even been a month since I got the card. Mind you, I had been checking online and never saw that bill. I explained that to her and before she would even try to fix it, she said I had to make a payment. To demand payment from your customer before you resolve a bank error is unacceptable. I plan to pay this card off as soon as I can and then cancel it.
Update: The missing bill finally showed up on the website and to my surprise it includes the fee that I paid upfront. I tried to look for my terms to make sure it's the same fee before I call again but to see your terms, you have to call them or request them by snail mail.
