We were offered services through embrace when arranging a viewing with reeds reins which at first I wasn't all that fussed about but then spoke with Andy who became our mortgage advisor and was blown away. He's always been at hand if we need him and the passion and drive he has in his job makes you feel he's just as excited about getting your new house as you are. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible for a house we never thought we'd achieve. My application went so easy because of Kristopher Camblin he made it so easy for us he worked so hard to get us the best deal.
Even when we had a question which was after 10pm he was there for us.

Met with Andy yesterday and he was so friendly and welcoming. I was extremely nervous about the appointment as I've never done anything like this before but I felt comfortable straight away and he was brilliant with my disabled little boy who was quite upset at the time. We managed to make good progress despite little one being very noisy. I'm very hopeful that after our meeting things are moving in the right direction.
