Recieved opened product(not new)
Recieved opened product(not new), contacted helpdesk, all went smooth, i was asked to send back the product, i asked Weather i will recieve refund for shipping, they answered in the way i was assured, but then they said i returned a product not for warranty but as a customer return so i will not have cashback for shipping. Absolute madness, i payed 3x cost of shipping (or more) just to get product i ordered.
Customer service is none, not helpful, and will not try to understand you but to just tell you to F off, and not care for their mistake.
System error cost me €130+ and ruined a carefully planned order
I’ve been a loyal EIS.de customer for years and never had major issues — until now.
For the first time, I used a parcel forwarding address. I entered the full, correct shipping info, including a critical ID number needed for delivery. Unfortunately, EIS.de’s system cut off part of the address, which made the package undeliverable by DHL. The mistake was not mine — it happened during EIS’s label processing.
When I contacted support the day after the failed delivery, I was told:
“Unfortunately, we cannot offer a new shipment in this case. If you still need the desired items, you will have to reorder them through our online shop.”
I explained that my original order cost €102.70 thanks to a well-timed discount. The very next day, the same cart cost €234.82 — that’s a price difference of €132.12, due to a system error on their end.
Despite this, they refused to reship or match the original pricing. Instead, they offered only:
“Due to the circumstances, I am offering you a voucher worth €10.00 for a future order.”
They also said:
“We can only offer our extremely low prices… if we handle our processes using strictly standardized and unchangeable procedures.”
But what’s the point of “extremely low prices” if the customer loses them due to a system failure?
What upset me even more is that my partner and I — both students — spent hours browsing the site, carefully selecting items and waiting for the right combination of discounts to afford everything we wanted. It wasn’t just a random order — it was something we planned and looked forward to.
Now we’re left with nothing, and we’re being told to start over and pay more than double.
Honestly, I expected better treatment and more accountability from a company I had trusted for years.

Customer support has replied several times but still refuses to take responsibility for the issue, despite it being caused by their system omitting a key part of my shipping address. They’ve blamed DHL and offered only a €10 voucher, while the price difference due to their error is over €130.
Still no resolution. Very disappointing.
