Trash, the bluetooth won't connect anymore.

After a problem with the delivery and Amazon cancelling the order for no reason. My R1280DBs speakers finally arrived. And POW! I was blown away. The sound was fantastic, much better than I expected. A refreshing change from all the disappointing bluetooth speaker I've bought over the last 10 years, some costing over £500.

I've been getting frustrated with bluetooth speakers for years. With the limited volume, lack of bass. And more importantly, the lack of stereo. These little beauties really deliver a punch. Great treble and bass, and the build quality is pretty excellent too. I know this sounds like I'm being paid to review these but the truth is, I'm just a normal guy who was genuinely blown away by these. For £160, I just couldn't believe how good they are.

When I ordered them I also ordered the T5 subwoofer because I just didn't believe the reviews I was reading. I just expected to be disappointed with the bass as I have been so many times before. But now I know that some reviews are not just a marketing tool.

If you are reading this then you are probably just as disappointed with the bluetooth speaker on the market as I am. These are the best I've come across so far and that's without the subwoofer. Didn't really need the woofer but kept it anyway for the low bass.

I ordered and received the TWS330 NB earbuds.
When I tried them out I found the left earbud did not work, the right earbud only held a charge for 15 minutes. This happened less than 30 days after receipt. Being they claimed a 2 year warranty I contacted Edifier. I provided the sales invoice and a copy of my credit card bill. They rejected my claim anyway.
I will now contact my credit card company to cancel the charge.

Tws nb2 pro are barely working with my pc/laptop. Other people also haved complain about connection with other devices than smartphone. I payed almost 100 dollars for headphones that are pain in the a** to use...

Bought the true wireless earbuds about 4 months ago & really happy with the quality. The build quality is premium & still sturdy after rigorous usage. ANC is pretty good specially on long train/flights as you can barely hear the environment. Only drawback is complexity to connect or switch between multiple devices. Still Recommended highly compared to many other premium products.

Speaker is useless as there is no way to turn of bluetooth and people keep connecting to my speaker. Because of this the speakers have a high idle power consumption. Contacted support, but they won't update the firmware or replace my speakers. I can now throw my great sounding but useless speakers in the trash. Good hardware but dumb execution and bad service, would not recommend Edifier products.

I have a problem with my neobuds pro, the customer service fast and easy change it.

Good product - support is a bit late in replying and not enough confirmation when an order is processed and sent. Will come back cause of the prices and quality

Edifier Neobuds 2 Pro earphones. I first did a lot of research into various types of earphones out there and there are hundreds, Some are well-known brands which doesn't necessarily mean they are top of the line. Their are a lot of new emerging companies taking a slice of the pie. Edifier Neobuds 2 pro caught my eye and I read about the company and its different earphones and then looked at about a dozen online video reviews which then convinced me to purchase Neo buds 2 Pro. I have been using them for a few days now and they are superb. The sound is amazing, it's loud, it's clear, it's just perfect. I got them at a good price, well under £100 and they sound better than the expensive brands I've also tried. The noise cancellation is excellent and really does cut out the noise in the background. I used them at a play centre yesterday and I could barely hear the kids. I could hear them slightly but these earphones still did a very good job. The box it came in was nice, the actual earphones case is nice, small and elegant. Not too weak at all, just perfect. It also came with a canvas case which is a nice touch and the battery life isn't anything to complain about. I use them for many hours and replace them in the case. The app is good but doesn't have an equaliser but that's not a big deal. You can simply download one yourself. However, the spatial sound effect is brilliant with music and gives a 3D type of surround feeling. Normal and game mode is good for a voice like the news or documentaries. Overall I'm not in any way disappointed. I am really glad and happy I purchased these and seriously would recommend these to anyone.

Tried to order d12 speaker for 40 bucks (took a screen shot )for 3days order wouldn`t go . Contacted support ,they said corrected the problem. When back into site tried to order price had more than doubled. Got NO help when trying to escalate the issue with customer support

About 4 years ago, one of my friends recommended Edifier speakers and I decided to purchase a 2.1 set. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical considering they were dirt cheap but the sound turned out to be absolutely amazing. Then about two weeks ago the worst thing happened - my dog eat the remote control and I was devastated. I reached out to Edifier and asked them where I could buy a new remote control or a universal remote as, after all these years, this model wasn't supported anymore. They responded instantly and they only asked for my address details which was a bit odd but after only one day, it all made perfect sense as they send me a brand new remote control at no additional cost! If you are looking for quality at a low cost and amazing service purchase Edifier!
