Purchased a diagnostic tool from this company. They don't offer a support at all. The tool received does not connect to vehicle and i am quite sure it is a cheap copy - not original. Return was very long.

The experience was good, however, the item I ordered was no longer in production. Received email canceling my order 2 days after.

Customer service by phone, email and site chat is like no other site . I thank you for your support and great prices .

Called in for assistance on parts for my BMW 335i and received outstanding customer service, the entire process was easy and seamless. Parts arrived in the time frame as promised and in great condition.

Good layout on the site. Easy to find everything I was looking for. Prices were more than fair.

One part was sold out or back ordered on similar sights and amazon. But ECS’ site said they had the part in stock. I should have called to confirm. Anyway it ended up being a couple of weeks delay. Not the Vendor or ECS’ fault. Just needs to be better software telling the consumer when they can expect their product.

I have always had a great experience with ECS Tunning. Until recently when I was ordering many small items and I had qualified for free shipping. I then rec'd a notice of having to split my order. I didn't mind at first untill I rec'd another invoice for one item that was $5.48 and $10.50 for shipping. I quickly send a note to cancel that item. I didn't hear back from NCS so I reported the issue with PayPal. I did receive the item with no invoice or explanation. Then I get a call a few weeks later about the issue. It was then settled quickly.
I was just surprised that this issue took so long to settle. Someone droped the ball and that is odd. I will still use them as my primary parts and accessory store for my Porsches.
They do need to update their parts with photos. There are too many parts that don't have information. This is not good

Great Service and responsive. ONLY reason for the 4 stars was their offer of the Nakedwines.com voucher. What a pain. I took the bait and accepted the Nakedwines offer. Had to cancel the automatic payments that I unknowingly was enrolled to. Sneaky. I would recommend to ECS Tuning not to offer the Nakedwines.com offer to their customers. In my opinion, it will hurt them more than help them.

they had a part on back-order, i found another vendor that had it in stock and ECS was FANTASTIC to deal with, easy to cancel the order and sent a quick confirmation. ill buy from them again when i get my allowance .. 48 yrs old ... yeah i still have an allowance.

they will work with you on large orders, and if your on a budget, let them know, they really want to work with you get your machine tearin up asphalt!
