What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?…
I have had repeated messages totally ignored, no-one answers any Chat Messages, it is so frustrating. Registering companies and business names is serious business and any company that is in this space should communicate with their customers, e-companies don't honour that commitment. I have dealt with them since 2015 and it was never like that. Maybe they have new owners who simply don't care?

I can't say bad service when I didn't receive ANY!
When renewing I also emailed eCompanies requesting some specific information (basic stuff) and asked for the appropriate info to be emailed. Hitherto there has not been anything back in response from eCompanies. So they takes ya money, but doesn't complete their part of the bargain, so to speak! Bad!

Worst Company Set-Up Experience
First ordered a Company for a client on 13/12/22. After numerous message through the online system, and finally contacting Infotrack several times (holding Company - call them if you are stuck even though their customer service is almost as appalling), client received their hard documents without signature last week of January 2023. Requested for Infotrack to contact me on several 3 occassions and they never returned the call. Was emailed tracking information to which it showed as delivered to Wentworth Point, NSW - client is in the Northern Territory. Will never order from them again, and have never had such a terrible experience.
