Fast, Responsive, and Sympathetic
The property I was staying in on holiday was burgled. Ecclesiastical rightly asked me to claim on my travel insurance first, but once that had been dealt with - for substantially less than my stolen items were worth - Ecclesiastical made good the difference on my home insurance, and they were fast, professional, and sympathetic. Highly recommended.

The claim was handled sympathetically and efficiently. I was communicated with throughout the process and the evidence required was fair. They checked with me about my renewal premium to see if the claim was worthwhile.

A truly wonderful insurance company
Just renewed our policy, which prompted me to review Ecclesiastical again. They are so helpful with providing guides and advice and there is always someone kind and helpful at the end of the phone when we have questions.
Happily, we didn't need to claim this year, but in the past when we have done, they've been incredibly helpful and fair.

Easy to renew with a choice of different means- online, phone etc. Employees are always helpful on the phone. Feel comfortable with a company I've used for some time and would recommend you to new clergy.

My policy was transferred by my landlord to this group.
The policy cost tripled and insured amount fell. As a result, I called to cancel the policy immediately.
Lady I spoke to assured me it was closed down and I would receive a letter in the post confirming this. I asked for an email confirmation but was told this was not their policy.
Again, I was reassured it was closed and to await letter confirmation.
This did not happen.
I phoned selecting option 2 for customer services but got passed to the claim department which is option 3. Had to go through the automated message again for the same problem to happen again.
Decided to email instead and again got no response.
I am now trying to phone for a 4th time and they are refusing to answer the call (42 mins). Dreadful company who cannot be trusted to protect your assets.
Avoid this company.
