I bought a vacuum cleaner and after 1 year two pieces broke. My vacuum is still in warranty so I contacted them to know how to proceed. I wrote them the first email the 03/04/2019, they obviously did not answer...I wrote them 8 other emails through the weeks and still not reply. So I decided to write them from another account asking them about an item and they replied straight away. Clearly, they wanted to ignore me. I contacted Ebay customer service, which by the way it wasn't really helpful, and after 4 emails they finally agreed to contact the seller. So finally the seller contacted me today (17/04), of course without any apologies, asking me if I had my product register for the warranty!!! As you can imagine no one ever told me to register the product neither was written nowhere else. so now I have waisted a lot of my time and also my money as they are not going to replace it!
