The experience that I had was fantastic, on time and placed where I explained. The driver was very friendly and kept me up to date. The dumpster was in great condition and I will do business with this company again!

Lack of communication
We were scheduled for a dumpster on Friday morning at 10am. We were originally informed that it was delayed until 1:30pm, then later that day informed it would come first thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning we were informed of an issue with the dumpster or truck that needed to be fixed and we would have the dumpster by Monday. Then on Monday we called and were informed we may or not get it.
In each of these delays, we had to make the call to find out why the delays were happening. Additionally, we spoke with employees who had a condescending tone, acting like we didn't actually need the dumpster when it was for a large project.
We understand things happen, but the lack of communication and follow up, was very frustrating. When it was understood we may not receive the dumpster for a few days, we should have been given an honest assessment of when we may get the dumpster rather than a rose colored assessment.
We eventually canceled the dumpster and went with another company that was slightly more expensive but was able to deliver a dumpster within a few hours.
