Tennis coverage

The tennis coverage in 2024 was excellent. This year it’s pathetic. DSTV is only showing repeats of the previous day’s men’s tennis. No Ladies tennis in the Indian Wells or Miami Open so clearly while we are paying more, DSTV has opted for some cheap and limited coverage. There are constant repeats on so many channels. A complete rip off.

I am so disappointed with DSTV for deciding not show ladies tennis. I am a biggest fan of tennis I pay my account every month just to watch sport. but unfortunately I cannot watch, Coco, Sabalenka etc .
You guys are so cruel. I don't know am I still paying full package.

Pathetic DSTV

Honestly, just Watched. They repeat the programmes over and over again. When they are done with a series for example on 117, they show the same series over and over again. Not worth subscribing. We are going to cancel our subscription

After being a subscriber for 25 years I have called it quits. They broke contract by not replacing my decoder as per insurance. After many emails I just got automated responses for two months. The local staff in Nelspruit shop was as responsive as a rock.

Dstv is reaping us off

Dstv is reaping us off, i paid my dstv connection regularly and i have been paying more that my subscription but every month there is always reconstruction fee that i have to pay because they will decide to stop my subscription and reconnect it again, today i had the same problem and i call them sit on the phone with them for 25 minutes explain my self and trying to show them their failures and all they could do is give me excuses trying to make me a fool and saying that I owe them while they are the one owing me, now the lady who was helping said that my tv will be reconnected but am still sitting with the tv that is not reconnected am tired of Multichoice treatment they make us look like we are desperate and their doing us a favour i think the Multichoice must close because the service is disgusting......

I get called by their call centre…

I get called by their call centre saying they giving free funeral cover to me as a "loyal subscriber". At the end of the call they say it's R82 pm extra. Very underhand and deceitful way to try and extract more money from us

I’m overseas and was looking to watch the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game. DSTV advertised that they would be streaming live sports, including this game. Based on that, I signed up for the premium streaming package, which cost about $90.

However, once I logged in, the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game was nowhere to be found. That was a complete waste of money. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never signed up.

I then checked the basketball schedule for the next five nights and saw that the Lakers were playing again the following day—but once again, DSTV does not air the game.

I contacted their live chat support to request a refund, explaining that I had signed up just three hours earlier specifically for a game they didn’t broadcast. The agent essentially told me, "No refund for you," despite the misleading advertisement.

I cancelled DSTV years ago due to the unbelievable rubbish they aired (apart from the live sports broadcasts! Yet, I am billed every month! Are the staff just not competent or not? If you call the call centre you are placed on hold, and you run out of airtime!

I wanted to clear the error on dstv and they both never helped me, sihle even went on to telling me that he won't be continuing helping me because I asked if he can not help he can transfer me to another agent and his closing the chat and he did exactly that.
Neo closed the chat before I finished I'm very frustrated and angry with their service, I would have appreciated if they reffered me to online service if they couldn't help then being rude and going around in circles. My number is 0814083481.

SCAM

I ordered DSTV internet 2 weeks ago, spoke to a lady which took down my details. A few days later I enquired because I haven't received and SMS or email for confirmation and went to their online chat. What a useless service, apparently all my info doesn't match I could do verification, so firstly I don't know WHAT THE HELL the lady wrote down when she called me. Nevertheless she gave my sales code, and on the M24 logistics it says package to be delivered by the 9th. On there thers some foreign address and foreign cell number I don't know what the he'll that lady was smoking. It's the 11th now I haven't heard anything back, online chat is completely useless. I've tried reaching out to the courier company their number on Google doesn't work they don't respond to emails. Sent them a message on Instagram.. I really don't know what to do. GOD FORBID. YOU DSTV MUST DARE DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS POOR SERVICE AND THERELL BE HELL. I've decided to go with with another provider I cannot at the beginning have trouble already.

I called in and I was told that my data has been depleted and my contract have come to an end.
