The tennis coverage in 2024 was excellent. This year it’s pathetic. DSTV is only showing repeats of the previous day’s men’s tennis. No Ladies tennis in the Indian Wells or Miami Open so clearly while we are paying more, DSTV has opted for some cheap and limited coverage. There are constant repeats on so many channels. I’m overseas and was looking to watch the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game. DSTV advertised that they would be streaming live sports, including this game. Based on that, I signed up for the premium streaming package, which cost about $90.
However, once I logged in, the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game was nowhere to be found. That was a complete waste of money. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never signed up.
I then checked the basketball schedule for the next five nights and saw that the Lakers were playing again the following day—but once again, DSTV does not air the game.
I contacted their live chat support to request a refund, explaining that I had signed up just three hours earlier specifically for a game they didn’t broadcast. The agent essentially told me, "No refund for you," despite the misleading advertisement.

Dstv is failing to refund or credit my dstv account for money they debited for services that i did not request.they upgraded my package without my consent,charged me and debited my account now they are failing to refund back my money 20days later,since I logged a complaint I getting different new story everytime I call,which I've been calling almost everyday.

I ordered DSTV internet 2 weeks ago, spoke to a lady which took down my details. A few days later I enquired because I haven't received and SMS or email for confirmation and went to their online chat. What a useless service, apparently all my info doesn't match I could do verification, so firstly I don't know WHAT THE HELL the lady wrote down when she called me. Nevertheless she gave my sales code, and on the M24 logistics it says package to be delivered by the 9th. On there thers some foreign address and foreign cell number I don't know what the he'll that lady was smoking. It's the 11th now I haven't heard anything back, online chat is completely useless. I've tried reaching out to the courier company their number on Google doesn't work they don't respond to emails. Sent them a message on Instagram.. I really don't know what to do. GOD FORBID. YOU DSTV MUST DARE DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS POOR SERVICE AND THERELL BE HELL. I've decided to go with with another provider I cannot at the beginning have trouble already.
