Descriptions and photos are not what you receive. Total scam...and just like all the other reviews, no refund, only offers of a coupon. As if I would ever buy from them again. Do not buy from Dravoks!

Poor quality and not what's advertised. All AI generated pictures on their website but the actual product comes out terrible.

Dravoks uses false advertising to sell tbeir products.

I saw an advertisement for a comfy looking hoodie with big padded muscles and a cool Celtic motif. What I got was a tissue thin hoodie that just had a print on it that cost $70, took a month to arrive from China.

Dravoks uses AI to sell their products and scams anyone who falls for it. What's more, they apparently don't take kindly to irate customers and just block you when you try to call them on their lies.

Terrible robbery, do not order!!! No knit wool sweaters, just cheap printed design on polyester neopreen fabric. Cheap sh*t!

Ordered an EMBROIDERED sweater in the middle of December. It showed up in January and looks like a cotton sweater someone has put vinyl on to make it look embroidered. Cheap material. Definitely not worth the $90 spent. To top it off, I’ve been emailing, asking for a refund since it showed up and keep getting told “they’re escalating to the correct department because customer service cannot process refunds”. Have not been contacted by anyone. I’m constantly following up and getting the runaround. Don’t spend your money on these POSs. Not worth it. The headache of trying to get a refund has been brutal. Worst “company” I’ve ever dealt with.

This is the worst online shop, disaster. Liars and cheaters . Do not order nothing . The material is so cheap polyester

Now i can confirm the same as nearly all the reviews
Totally different material in the product recieved then in description on website and picures
No customer service-only empty promises to look at my case for the last 3 months
Please don't buy from them if you don't want to be dissapointed

Do not order from this site...
We placed an order in December, which took almost three weeks to arrive.
The materials are completely different from what we selected on the site.
We have been trying for two months now to return our purchase and get a refund, all via email, which takes a very long time each time before we get a response.
The only response we get is that we will receive a 30% discount on our next purchase, which is ridiculous, as if we would buy more of their junk... no, thank you.
Returning the package and getting a refund would take far too long. If they had taken immediate action, everything would have been resolved long ago.

Products are low quality and cheap. The images posted are nowhere near what is shipped and received. You're also forced to pay for tracked shipping to return their garbage back to the Chinese distribution center they come from. Should have done more research ahead of time, but that's on me. Don't get burned like I did and save your money!

Didn't match pictures, haven't got money back. They get these from China and demand that I need to pay return cost to china.

Ordered a beautiful shirt got delivered crap! Trying to get a refund is non existent. Told keep the shirt and you can order another at a discount. Total scam do not order from this stupid company!!!!!!

Scammer trash, cheap and flimsy. Not even remotely what was pictured or described on their site, you'd be better off shopping Temu (which they might have). If I could give negative stars, I would.

⭐️ Very Disappointing – Product Not as Advertised

I paid $77 for a hoodie based on the photos and claims on this website, which promised high-quality fabric and good design. What I received was completely different. The item looks like cheap printed clothing and does not match the website pictures at all.

The quality is extremely poor — honestly, it feels like something worth only a few dollars. I opened the package and immediately realized I had been misled.

This experience feels like false advertising. The product delivered is nowhere near what was shown online. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this company.
