DOZR is a scam company who cannot deliver or pickup equipment properly and makes false charges for services not provided. BEWARE as they will charge you for re-fueling even if you have returned the equipment full.

Easy company to work with and fast service. Nicole Edmunds was able to get us a rental next day and get us out of a jam.would recommend to anyone looking to rent heavy equipment

I have rented from Dozr for a project in Palm Bay FL, I had at times rented 6, 60-65ft boom lifts and all lifts were paid prior to delivery, charged to my card, there were times we requested removal of an equipment and two weeks after the requested removal date the lift was still sitting idle at job site, called agent and was told not to worry charges ended at requested removal date. Received a charge on my card for another months rental. To be short bill was never adjusted waiting for a refund for 7 months. To make things worse in January they charged my card for over $8,000 for lift rented at the end of August and the project was completed mid November 2024. Reason given, billing mistake, they had the balls to charge my card without any advance warning. Have fought with CitiCard with no luck. PLEASE DO NO RENT FROM DOZR IT IS A SCAM PURE AND SIMPLE, my worst business experience. Need to find a way to make them pay for their actions.

They get 1 start only because 0 is not an option. I was supposed to receive an excavator on Friday 3/7/25 after doing the paperwork and sending payment. I was told that the driver went home early and it could not be delivered. I was then tol it would be delivered Saturday, no contact or emails came on saturday. I called multiple times on 3/10 and finally spoke with someone and they then told me that they did not have the equipment i paid for and i would have to wait to fine it...Typical bait & switch and outright liars. Beware do not believe anything they say as integrity and honesty are not important to them at all...AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Horrible experience we got the wrong piece of equipment dropped off and they charged us 4 times for it.....

Just go directly to whomever they are getting the equipment from IT WILL BE EASIER AND CHEAPER

DOZER delivered a broken piece of equipment to my Church. We were unable to use it and they still charged us over $1000. When we call, we rarely get to speak to a person, when we do speak to someone we are placed on an extended "hold" and then hung up.

I have done many construction projects and would never want to use this company again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Phone calls were very difficult to connect, and I had to repeat the same story with a different person every time. Kindly, if there is a payment problem, a response is provided immediately.
If you have time, I recommend looking into other companies.

We called in to have a lift taken off rental. They will not allow you to extend whatever equipment you are renting unless you pay up front. The crooks denied we had called and also sent an email telling them we wanted it off rental. Since then they have charged my card almost $1800.

I scheduled an outdoor forklift for my company to use for one day with DOZR 3 weeks ahead of time and after all is said and done they tell me they don't have the type of forklift I reserved. Of course they tell me this on the day that I need it and after I had already been in contact with them 6 separate times discussing what time the lift would be delivered. Don't EVER do business with this company!

I arranged and paid for delivery of a telehandler lift to my job site several days in advence. They never called and failed to show up at the appointed time and never called to warn me not to bring help to the site to work with the machine. When I called it took them several hours to finally offer me another machine for 50% more money at an unworkable time. I will never call these people again and I recommend that you also avoid them.

This place is an absolute bottom of the barrel rip off. The never delivered equipment, promised to deliver, it took me 50 phones calls with foreigners who sounded middle eastern and took $2300 from me. I'm fighting to get that money back and had to claim fraud for my bank to pursue them. My Attourney is giving them 72 hours to return my money... save your time and money and run from this garbage company

I placed an order for equipment that I needed to be delivered on a specific day and time. There were enough days and time for the delivery to be made. However, I did not receive any email or call notifying me that the equipment would not be delivered. When I contacted them, they were unable to offer much help and only suggested charging me more for the equipment or issuing a refund. This is the second time I have had problems with them; the last time, my equipment was not picked up and caused issues, resulting in me losing time and a significant amount of money while waiting for the equipment for my important job site.

I tried renting equipment while we were from out of town and they dicked me around for two hours saying we would have a confirmation in "20 min" of where to pick up our equipment.

After 2 hours, I called another company and they laughed because DOZR called them to reactivate their account with them and the company was still waiting for their VISA so they couldn't reserve the lift for them yet.

So they were dicking me around while figuring out their stuff on the back end and pretending like it was me this entire time.

They sent me a bunch of different emails asking for different things each time like they couldn't just get that right away in the first email. Saying my guy didn't complete their online application properly. He did it a second time they said they didn't get anything. He sent me a confirmation so I showed them and told them he's done it twice he's not doing it again, now what?

The guy emailed me what's his name. Then when I reply, another email with we need the front and back of his ID ... this could have been asked in the first email with his name.

They were trying to kill time to find the equipment.

We rented from another company, took me 5min, didn't need all the other info, took a few minutes on the phone and my guy picked up the machine within 20 min !

DON'T DO IT. PLUS IT WAS CHEAPER AT THE OTHER PLACE.

What a crappy system. I wouldn't have even cared about paying more I wanted the job done but they kept lying around instead of being truthful.

Do not rent from them. Unreliable. Bad Management. Poor business practices. They're going to take your money and run.

No support. Rented an excavator. Broke down daily. No help on refund. They only help the equipment owner. Run from these a$$ clowns.

Horrible company, they told me $800, I ended up paying $1900, plus I couldn't use it because it was raining and they charged me $39 more for gas.

Horrible services one lie after another charged my card without having a lift then keep saying it would be here the said 3 to 5 days to refund would do business with them at all

I rented from Dozr a couple of years ago and they charged me extra for a repair that wasn't my fault. I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but I see they already have a D- rating there, so I doubt if that would do any good. Buyer/Renter Be Ware!!! These people only care about making money any way possible.

I rented a 6500lb forklift that was promised by 7-10 AM to our site. My contractor was present at said time for receipt of the forklift and we had the large bulk product being moved by the DOZR forklift delivered by 8 AM. No DOZR forklift still arrived. I called from 10:30AM onwards every 30 minutes only to be told somebody would get back to me. The driver was being paid out of pocket for every hour he had to wait in addition to waiting along with my crew. I called seven more times only to be given the same answer yet again with them taking my contact info down (which they should have). The project had to be completed today itself. I found another company that will deliver within the hour. But my God. DOZR is completely incompetent and unable to give a straight answer. They couldn't even forward me to a supervisor when I asked. It is now 3 PM and still no forklift from them. I'm shocked this company is still in business.

I had a great experience with DOZR! Renting heavy equipment was easy and the website is simple to use. The customer support team was helpful and quick to answer my questions.

The equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the rental rates were very reasonable.

I highly recommend DOZR for anyone needing to rent heavy equipment. I’ll definitely use them again!
