very good promotions combined with effective customer service
I have used Downtown over 20 times for multiple ocasions. I have never been disappointed, always very happy to save some money. You have to be aware of reading the rules prior to buying any promotion. In few cases I needed to question and return the promotion. I got a very good customer service when needed.

Yet to buy a bad deal!
My wife and I have probably bought fifty Downtown offers since it's introduction and I cannot think of a bad one.
You get what they claim you will get; goods or services for half the price they would normally cost. From haircuts to brunch, from handymen to facials.
The booking process is quick and easy and in the unlikely event that you don't use your purchase, from what I understand the money will be credited to your Downtown account, so you can buy something else, (I have yet not to use one).
Five stars from here.
