Good. People at reception are very kind and enthusiastic.

The facilities are good with everything equipped. Enthusiastic staff makes me feel warm living here. The environment is pleasant and safe with convenient transport and shopping.

Dear Newpark Team,

I am extremely satisfied with my accommodation experience at Newpark this year.

Regarding the overall atmosphere, I think the reception manager did an excellent job this year. For instance, there were some activities every month, which helped me and my friends in the apartment build a deep connection. Among them, my favorite was the Chinese New Year event. Considering there were many Chinese people in the apartment, the NP team specially ordered some Chinese-style meals, which I thought was very good and became a wonderful memory of this year. Although the current reception manager of NP has gone to Glasgow, I am very grateful to all the NP team members for organizing these activities. Here I would like to thank the front desk manager, Orsi and Szymon.

Secondly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Szymon. As a regular maintenance staff member of np, he always responds promptly whenever I need warranty service. Sometimes the issue is resolved on the same day, and sometimes within a few days. This is a point that I am very satisfied with.

Finally, I would also like to express my gratitude to all the staff on night duty. I am grateful for their efforts during the night. As I often pick up packages after six o'clock, they have provided me with a lot of assistance. I am extremely grateful to them.

I stayed at this apartment during two different periods. The first was from July 14 to August 24, 2024, while attending a language course. Because the front desk staff were kind and helpful, I decided to extend my stay until now. However, the new room I was assigned to had constant engine-like noise, which seriously disrupted my studies and daily life.

Despite raising the issue with the male manager at reception, no solution was offered. He escalated it to upper management, but their response was shockingly unreasonable. Even though there were other available rooms at the time, they refused to relocate me—unless I paid for both rooms. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

While many rooms in this building are decent, mine clearly had a problem that management chose to ignore. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and care for tenants. My two-star rating is solely for the front desk staff, who were always friendly and supportive.

As for the management and overall living experience—deeply disappointing. It was a terrible start to my stay in the UK, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to any future students. I’m also a blogger, and while I haven’t posted publicly about this yet, that does not mean I’ve let it go.
