Well, what can I say about this amazing company?!
I ordered a cushion after 1 company let me down, I ordered from other company, paid, they charged my card then nothing, hard to get to get in touch with and hard to get a refund.
So reordered from Dotmaison and what a different experience. Immediate order acknowledgment, immediate shipping and got the order the next day. Unfortunately wrong item was sent so I contacted customer services and got an immediate, excellent reply. They immediately arranged for me to return the wrong item and their expense and dispatched the correct item which was received the next working day. Faultless. Why can’t all companies be this good?! Will 100% shop here again!! Well done!

5 star products 5 star service!
So happy with the customer service ! Great selection of items and great service. Had an issue with the delivery and I called them , they went out of there way to call DPD and get a driver to come back, I thought that was impossible! They called me and were both friendly and efficient. I can not fault the service! But looking through the reviews the majority of any negative ones are regarding DPD whom are letting this great company down ! Thanks again for you help !
