Please can you share the last 6 digits of your support ticket number, as we would like to investigate this further, as we do not know of any domains that have been stolen.
Firstly, I was impressed by how soon I received a call back after sending a query for more information via email. I think the time difference between sending the email and receiving the call was definitely within an hour as I sent the email "after hours".
The consultant who took my call (Chad B), was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and oh sooooo patient with all the questions I needed clarity on even though some of the information i asked him about, was available under their FAQ's.
The information contained on their website is very comprehensive and I also had a look at their reviews before reaching out to chat to them.
When I am "ready", I would really want to have them "host my website".
Chad B's professionalism, quick response time and product knowledge was the "game changer" for me.

PS: It establishes rapport when you engage with an organization's representatives and you can hear the friendliness in the tone of voice and what makes it an even better "user experience", is the fact that he actually has a very nice voice, as well.
We are using Domains from Zimbabwe and so far they offer the best services, they are always quick to respond to our emails when we need support, I highly recommend them

According to the accounts department: "Domains containing trademark names, government references, or financial links require full verification."
The domains you attempted to register were linked to SARS (South African Revenue Service) and other company brands or government institutions. Due to this, the registrations could not be processed.

SLA clearly states support from 10am - 2pm on Sundays.
Critical VPS restore failed in THEIR panel.
Panel won't start or restart VPS, only that an error occurred and we should contact THEIR support.
Main reason for using domains is because of their reputation to be professional and respond within SLA.
Now past 2pm after issue was reported around 8:30 this morning.
Not even a response to confirm receipt (besides auto reply) or an update of the status.
Very disappointing as this was the one time we required a swift response from them and because the issue is with their backup and restore of the VPS.
Domains stopped my recruitment agency from working today. I am very unhappy and will not recommend this company to anyone. After being with them from 2016 their service is really not on standard anymore. I have been begging a Director to contact me but the staff refusing to let me speak to someone in charge. Very disappointed client after so many years showing loyalty to your company.

After a quick investigation, we see that your account went over your disk quota.
The support team did give your account two (2) disk space increases. This was conveyed in the support ticket to you on the 5th of April and today.
It was also mentioned that you would run out of space again should you not either upgrade or reduce your disk space usage.
To resolve this issue, you would need to action either of the above recommendations.
The Domains.co.za team did provide you with the details of our Director, you, however, stated you were out of the office and would only call in tomorrow (2024/04/12)
When a package reaches 80% of its quota our system automatically sends out a notification informing the client of this, you received this as well as having had prior correspondence from our team informing you of the disk space issue.
The team has already given you an additional upgrade so your account is active, however. please can you contact our support team to implement one of these methods to avoid this from happening again.
