I was a bit confused about what size…
I was a bit confused about what size dumpster we would need for our house clean-out. I spent over 10 days researching and speaking with various dumpster rental companies, but I felt most comfortable with Direct Rental Service.
The representatives at Direct Rental Service were very knowledgeable. They explained all the different dumpster sizes clearly and recommended the one that was perfectly suited for my project.
Their pricing was affordable and very competitive compared to others I spoke with.
I highly recommend this company – their professionalism and helpful guidance made the entire process easy and stress-free.

MAGGOTS! Worst Customer service EVER
Worst Customer service EVER! They say they would service once a week. Had it for 2 months with 3 people using. It was to the brim. Maggots growing inside after 4 different calls had them come get it. Showed pictures to them they were not signing the cleaning sheet. They say had GPS showing service man there. Maybe he was there but did not clean it! Trying to still charge me!!

DO NOT TRUST! AKA Portapotty Direct, which is the name I first put my review under. PortapottyDirect.com took my order on 8/2/22 for a 2 unit trailer for my daughter’s wedding on September 4th. They JUST called me today, August 26th, and said they are no longer providing service for that area. This is one week before we were to take delivery. For an outdoor wedding, 150 people, on Labor Day weekend! They’re “sorry.” UNBELIEVABLE!
