I visited DID Electrical in Killarney to buy a coffee machine. I didn't really know what I wanted in terms of price, style or quality. However, Ian was very helpful, knowledgeable and guided me through the option without any pressure. I couldn't ask for more from my experience there.

It was my first time in your killarney store & well definitely be back. The shop is modern and well laid out with everything on display. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, Ian assisted me when choosing my new toaster. He explained the features and went through a few of the similar products to help me with my choice. Ian even shared his love and knowledge for the DID company as well, showing us the electric price tags and explaining how they change price to give you the latest and best value for money!

My old washing machine has given up on me, so I have made my way to DID in Killarney to purchase a new one. I have been looked after by Daniel, who was excellent in explaining the features of the new machines. I’ve decided on a Samsung machine. They have promptly arranged for delivery, which was done by Brian, who was most helpful and took away my old machine.
Delighted with the knowledgeable service and very friendly manner. Will be back for the bbq I’ve seen online and the toaster I’ve seen in the shop.

We needed a smaller air fryer but with a large capacity. Brian in Killarney showed us the Ninja Double Stack 7.6L air fryer which was the perfect answer to our small kitchen dilemma. Brian was courteous, friendly, chatty & informative. We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Brian.

From entering the store, we were greeted warmly by all the staff present. We were given adequate time to browse prior to being approached. When Brian asked if he could help, he offered direct and pleasant assistance. He was also very friendly! Brian approached us just when we were needed it! He answered all the questions I had, ranging from various items. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
He was delightful from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He delivered memorable service. I would definitely recommend Brian at DID Killarney for any electronic needs.
The other store staff were just as pleasant, and created such a warm environment to shop in.
