I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I placed the order - they take your money then nothing - no goods, no response to emails yet they continue to be allowed to advertise - TRADING STANDARDS where are you?

I have sent several emails and have had no replies. I ordered items on the 2.12.2020 and today is the 21st and still no sign of the items. So I think I can say cheerio to the £37!

What a rip off , i have 5 phone bags that are not any use at all they have no clips .What a shame as the bags are really nice. As a good service why can you not post these clips out ????
You do not even reply to E-mail . Do you not think people have enough problems this year without your company adding to them . Shame on you 😔

This company is not worth 1 star. Forget any reviews above that as they are years old - all the recent ones say the same: not worth a star, don't buy from them. My order came in a packet that was barely sealed. The main item, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift, came incomplete. I emailed the company but no response. There is no phone number and address is clearly just a drop box. Scam all over it.

I also have ordered 2 phone bags on 3/12 still not arrived, think its going to be a long hopeful wait. Wish these people would take into consideration that a purchase for a Christmas present means exactly that ! a Present for Christmas. How to get a refund ?

Same complaint as most of the others. No clips to attach straps, so useless and definitely NOT as advertised! I’ve emailed them twice with photos to show but have had 1 reply asking for a ‘complaint’ number! Steer clear of this site! Money grabbing b’stards! 😡

I have ordered 3 phone bags and still not received them. Wished I had checked this first . I have now emailed but given what has been written I do not hold out much hope ! Should have got them from Amazon instead.....
Bags have arrived, finally . They did not respond to my email at any point . The bags are ok, but not great quality

I ordered 4 phone bags on the 16 November and still have not received them. I have e mailed the company twice but have had no response. Reading other reviews on this item even if I do eventually receive them are they going to be satisfactory to give someone as a present ?

I also bought a phone bag from this company as others no clips to attach the bag and no reply for a refund either !! Watch out scam scam!!!!

Wish I had read Trustpilot reviews . I ordered 2 phone bags and as stated on other reviews, came with straps not attached and no means of attaching only slotting through loop and fastening in a knot. Nothing like the picture on my order confirmation. Have e mailed them, but like everyone else have had no reply, was going to return them but probably will not get my money back.
Think I might go to our local cobbler and see if he can stitch the straps on. Will cost a little but not as much as I paid for the 2 bags .

I purchased 6 phone bags from Delighter.co.uk,I was so disappointed they all came unfinished the strap had no way of attaching it.I have sent an email as they suggested if their was a problem requesting my money back.I await to hear from them,I should have read the comments on trustpilot first I would never have ordered them.

Received PU Touchable leather change bag it was absolutely rubbish, same day asked for refund but 5 days later no response, wouldn’t deal with this company again

Don't order from this company. Ordered the phone bag and no hooks for straps or card holder.

I have had the same experience with the phone bags, ordered 4, arrived today with no.handle fixings. Await.to see if i get an answer from Delighter.

I ordered 11 of the bags you can put your phone in arrived checked them there's nowhere to hook straps to . I'm taking it further if I don't get satisfaction .

People who have left reviews deserve 5 stars - thank-you, you wonderful people!!! - It appears Honorrall/puzzlemoon/Sunnybow/ and delighter.co are all scam companies - it is always worth leaving reviews to assist people NOT to lose money - as a pensioner I can ill afford to waste money.
ONE WONDERS IF THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY?????

Wouldn't even give em a 1star .. ordered my things with A2/4days delivery 2 weeks later ..nothing with no response no phone answering one week to receive a email . coming to the 3 week now ..nothing ..never use this company again ..very disappointed....

The message I want to leave for you...well I order some oli and make a mistake to order twice and I send email to ask how can I return the product to you but you people never answer.So I decided go for a review because I am not happy .
