They delivered what we ordered (two bath vanities) even after we cancelled the order. The good part is that they charged us an extra delivery fee ($171) no included in the original invoice. Of course, you have to pay a fee to return any product so they won't loose any money any how, even if you keep the product or not. Don't bother to call. They don't answer the phone.

This company is a total scam. The one positive review here was written by their staff. Unfortunately I didn't read the actual terrible reviews until after I ordered products from the phony company. They sound legitimate on the phone when ordering. I paid $60 for expedited shipping (2 day) over a week ago and nothing ever arrived. Now I have learned that they purposely entered the wrong address and spelled my name incorrectly so they'd have a wacky insincere alibi. I contacted the maker of the product I ordered, Emtek, and they confirmed that they do not do business with this company. There are only 4 people registered as being employed by this "company", so you can deduce what type of people they are. Don't give them your credit card for anything. They are a fake business waiting to grab your money and information.

I have not experienced so utter lack of respect to customers. The company takes a long time to actually ship the item to you and they make it impossible to return it if there is something wrong with it. They deliberately prolong the whole return process for your return window to expire. Do not buy from them! I tried for over three weeks to return a falsely advertised item, via email and by calling. Each time I was told the return authorization number would be emailed to me, which never happened. Emailes remained unanswered. I am stuck with a product I have no use for.
Brace yourself when calling.. You will wait for someone to pick up the phone for at least 10 min despite there being "0 callers ahead of you". Then you will be immediately put on hold for anywhere between 20 - ? minutes. I once hung up after waiting for 45 min. Then, once somebody graciously answers, you are met with rudeness and hostile attitude.

TERRIBEL!! Submitted order in early July, waited 1 and half months and got no update. Spent hours waiting on the phones, and nobody even picked up. Sent email inquiry and got response saying please call hotline number. Are you kidding me? can't believe this happened.

received the wrong item, have been in a painful process with them to get it replaced. the lack of politeness over the phone with their support is incredible. not to mention the amount of back and forth including pictures and emails to make them believe i received the wrong item, even though it was obvious just looking at the shipment weight from the ups tracking. i've been specifically dealing with a guy whose name i don't know but he is incredibly impolite. will never ever buy here again and recommend you do not either if you care about being treated as a customer and not as someone they are doing a painful favor for.

The worst customer service (if you can even call it that). not being very honest at all, if you hear anything back, not sure how they can stay in business operating this way. Lots of other choices out there. Do not order from this site. Can't every get in touch with anyone. On hold forever. Never return messages. Contacted them to return an order a month ago. They said They had to get an RMA from the original manufacturer and then send it to me. It was never sent. No follow up. No returned messages. I am stuck with product that doesn't work and out $50.00. I will try and get resolution from my cc company but it has been a long time now. REALLY don't use this company. I bought the rest of my product from AMAZON. Never a problem with them.
what you're told and what you see are not right
Ernest was not easy to deal with. I returned an item and was assessed a charge that exceeded what this man told me. Not reputable. Search other sites before buying from this company. They offer things on their website that they don't have!

The customer has NO information regarding the order at all, except "processing". This "processing" notice can last a MONTH and longer!!!
The customer will NEVER get any replies for their emails. The customer can never cancel the order online. The customer will never get any dates of delivery.
The customer service can have vacation for a WEEK because of the holidays, they celebrate everything - Passover/ Easter and just other extra days when the customer service/sales is closed.
I would never in my life approach this site again.

What a joke, people don't order from this site. I was told order would ship in 24-48 hrs, then received a shipping confirmation, then received a back order email. After already placing my order and being told it would ship soon. I placed my order by phone to be sure of this. Then when I contacted them I was told, "So what do you want me to do about it".
Ordered now 3 weeks ago and still don't have my stuff. Then placed on hold 20+ minutes to speak to someone. They have terrible attitudes and horrible customer service.

What happens is you place an order with your credit card and then they will tell you your credit card was declined. You phone your bank and they say the funds were approved and it is Decor's end that the problem is. Apparently they pretend they can't access the funds....until you give up or forget about it and THEN cash out!! Get your bank to red flag the amount and put it into dispute.

Same issue with DecorGlamour.com today. Placed an order on June 4, never received confirmation. Called and was told to check order status online but the online order status did not work. Finally got someone on the phone who said it would be a week to get the item into their warehouse and then three business days for it to get to me. I called a week later to check the status / get shipping confirmation ---awaited over 40 minutes for a rep (Jason) who said it was not in and would not arrive the following week at all. And then said there was NO way to get the item sooner. I had to probe to get him to say they could expedite the item at my expense of 25% the cost of the item! I asked for a manager and he refused. He said they were too busy. It was the most frustrating experience and I finally cancelled the order. Of course, I had to email customer service for confirmation of the cancellation....not sure yet if I've received my money back...
Do yourself a favor and either pay full price from someplace reputable or try another bargain site such as homehardware4less which processed and confirmed my order immediately.

I placed an order on September 7, 2013 for a Whitehaus faucet that cost $591.75. I completed the order and the money was drawn from my account. I never received the faucet and on October 2, 2013, nearly an entire month later... I emailed customer service and told them that I never received my item and so I ordered the same item from a different location (which I received right away) and that I wanted a refund on my faucet that I had not yet received. I was met with an email from them after that that said the item was back ordered and their apologies for not making me aware. I then received a second email that same day saying that my order was scheduled to ship the next day on Oct 3rd. (Obviously someone did not process my order and once I emailed them, they completed my 30 day old order) ... but anyways, I had already asked for a refund and told them I purchased and installed the product from elsewhere... so obviously I dont want them sending me one. So now 7 days after that... this unwanted faucet shows up at my house. In which I have to take back to UPS and pay money to have it sent back to them. Now Im out well over $600.00. I called and told them to expect this unwanted faucet back and that I wanted my refund. The person on the phone told me he needed to speak to his manager and he would get back to me. I have called them numerous times over the months and can never get a hold of anyone as they are always celebrating Jewish holidays or are not in the office for some other excuse. They finally call me back well into 2014 and said that they still had not resolved my issue and were trying with the supervisor. Then they called two days after that and said that my request for a refund was denied because it was over 30 days since I ordered the item!!!!! This mystery item that I did not even want, and I received months too late. Now is been 9 months since this incident and I am still trying to get my money back.
worst customer service i've ever experienced
I ordered some drawer handles and tried 6 times to check up on my order, two times by phone, 4 times by email. I never received any response. I still have no idea what happnened to my order. When I go on the website to check, it says they are looking into it. Is this even a real business?
