Let me place an order, took my money - despite having "discontinued" the particular item. Waiting for a refund.

Words fail me. I sent a couple of constructive comments, and they write a THANK YOU mail to me! My order is made on Friday and arrives Monday morning in PORTUGAL!
I get money off as I found a couple of items cheaper elsewhere and used their price promise scheme.
Margaret, (who works 24x7) writes to me personally, and she is my new best friend!
I haven't seen customer services like this since I was in charge of customer service (else-where) in an earlier life!!!!!
I picked this site because of the full range and choice of items, and it's easy-to-use website... everything else is just a bonus. I cannot recommend enough. PS their kit is good too! I'm very pleased with my purchases!

Fantastic company! The website was very user friendly and had a great selection with great prices! I called customer service as I was unsure what size to buy, they were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My dance sneakers fitted perfectly, they arrived quickly and were of fantastic quality. I cannot wait to shop with Dancemania again!

Dancemania staff are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. A fabulous shopping experience instore, excellent quality and items in stock or ordered immediately. Nothing is too much trouble. Buying online is brilliant, fantastic choice, funky, easy to use secure website and support if you need it. Great choice of gymnastic leotards for my daughter at great prices.

Great Service from Dancemania. Staff were incredibly helpful on the phone as I was just reading from a list given to me by my daughters dance teacher. They knew exactly want I needed and my delivery came super quick. Will be telling all my friends to shop there.

I ordered from Dancemania and I found them to be excellent, helpful and professional. The web site was very user friendly. I needed to return some item's from my order to exchange for larger sizes and this was a very easy process. They say 28 days for exchanges but I received my replacements within 3 days.
I would recommend this company to all dancers everywhere.

I ordered a dance bag as a Xmas present for my wife. The bag arrived promptly but it was a lot smaller in reality than it looked in the website picture (in proportion to the person carrying it) and inadequate for my wife's needs. To be fair, the dimensions are provided in the description, but you tend to pay more attention to the visual aspect rather than written detail. I returned it but did not receive a refund as specified in the terms and conditions, and had to chase it. Following an email - some 35 days after returning the item - I did receive a refund.

Got some very good priced ballet slippers and some other footwear from them. Both arrived and were too small - was on the phone to them for some sizing advice and sent it back and it was promptly exchanged and sent back to me.

Product quality was excellent, and coupled with good prices, customer service and speedy delivery, what more could you ask for?

I ordered 2 pairs of dance shoes for doing Zumba (one for me & one for a friend). When the friends shoes arrived first, I tried them on & found I would need the larger size - one phone call and they changed the order there & then. Person on the phone was really helpful and my shoes arrived just a couple of days later.

I purchased the Bloch 538 Boost DRT Dance Sneaker to wear to Zumba. Arrived here in New Zealand only 7 days later. Excellent service and excellent shoe.

I ordered a leotard for my daughter's birthday - when the confirmation email came, it said that it wouldn't be deleivered for about 6 weeks as the manufacturer was out of stock. I called Dancemania, who sent me an email with several selections that were in stock - or that would be availble the say before her birthday.
We went with one of the latter - assuming it would arrive the day after her birthday - but absolutely fair play to Dancemania - they posted it first thing and it arrived on the day it was needed. I really couldn't fault them and will have no hesitation in coming back when she has outgrown her current leotards - forgot to add, the selection, quality and choice of leotards at a very reasonable price is also superb. Not the first time I have ordered and won't be the last. Found that one of the items was out of stock, I telephoned and asked for an alternative and added a few other items to my list. Paypal invoice sent and goods sent next day. So easy to deal with and no hesitation to recommend
