David Walker this week. I had a rush bespoke job with a fixed delivery date and custom boxes Co made it happen with delivery a day earlier than expected. Great quality product and customer service. Loved that communication was primarily via WhatsApp for quick responses and decisions. Would use again. Thanks.

I’ve used Custom Boxes several times for customised popcorn boxes and they’ve always delivered a good product on time and for a good price. David Walker went out of his way to help with my most recent order and I received it 5 days earlier than expected. They are my number 1 supplier. Excellent service

If I could give less than one star I would. Company claims to be in the UK, they hound you for an order and then get everything wrong and when it comes to rectifying their mistakes, they give you the runaround claiming people have left etc and then say they'll redo the work and a month later claim your order never existed and you start from scratch and go again. Luckily the bank reversed the payment for us after Mr David told me to f#£k off down the phone. Keep all your emails with them apologising and when it comes to getting a refund from the bank they will process it fairly quickly.

Worst company ever! Avoid at all costs. I wish I read these reviews before hand.

The amount of stress this company has caused me ridiculous!

Lots of people are calling this a scam however I have used them multiple times over several years and, whilst not the smoothest operators (and yes the boxes are printed in Pakistan) They have, for me at least got the job done much cheaper than anyone else and to a perfectly satisfactory quality. Ok they do pester you a bit if you don't go through with a quote but I can put up with that for a much cheaper price. As for customs fees, they (again in my experience) deal with and cover everything and the delivery time (including printing) is comparable to a UK printer.

My recommendation would be to give them a go on a small order and see if it works for you. If you are looking for the most complex luxury box for a high end jeweller say then probably not but for most normal stuff they are cheap and perfectly fine.

Steer clear. I was quoted over £5K for some boxes (presented in a dodgy-looking form asking for immediate payment), I responded that I do not like the price at all, so no thank you. They replied that I had been quoted that amount 'in error' and that the real amount was £2.5K. I would be very surprised if this was honest given the other reviews here, and even if it was honest, failing to check of this amount is absolutely inexcusable. Either completely untrustworthy in quality at best or absolute scammers at worst. Do not use this service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie and say they are UK based but they are not. They are using a virtual postbox to pretend they are in the UK. They are actually in Pakistan. The quality, after 9 weeks of wasting our time with appallingly customer service, was terrible. Over promise and under deliver in all aspects. You have to end up being the admin by chasing them to get them to call back. Days with no communication. Always speaking to a new person who has no account of the history. So much drama that you end up talking to them like they are a 4 year old just so they take notes down correctly. The sample/print quality is not something you can sell as product packaging. I wish we saw the other negative reviews before we placed an order. Totally waste of money and most importantly time, which they have no respect for. Their answer was "We are happy with this quality." Home-made on an Epsom printer would have produced a better quality. In the end they accused us of being picky when the print was peeling away from the card, they hadn't glued the material so it bonded and the print had blotches all on it. I embarrassed myself to my client by working with this mirage of service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for 1500 boxes and labels. They arrived quickly, but are all black and white and the quality is terrible, I called to get rectified and the guy that I dealt with conveniently has left and the CS that answer have put the phone down 3 times and now wont pick up my call at all. Please do not order from the company. Shocking service, quality and business practice.

We ordered some boxes and payment was made half on order and half on what turned out to be first batch . We were promised all sort of things -- The rest of the order comes in dribs and drabs over many weeks; leaving us to keep chasing all the time . Seems very suspicious to us for some reason .The boxes are made in Pakistan. Still waiting for the full order .Will not use them again .

We ordered 2.5k units of boxes, in which they split up our boxes into 5 different shipments without telling us. I can only assume this is due to delays in creating the goods. This caused panic and confusion amongst our warehouse. I questioned and enquired for the number of units that were packed but never received a reply.

The company site and initial enquiry implies that the boxes are made in the UK and delivery will be prompt and straightforward, which is far from the case according to the tracking provided and customs invoice, they are made in Pakistan.

Weeks after placing the order we're still missing 665 pieces and i'm being passed around the houses for gain any insight onto whats gone on.

I was having to go on live chats everyday and still am to get to the bottom of this!

I will not be using this company again for any future orders.

Avoid this scammer. Most of the content and photos has been illegaly copied from other websites. Also owns custompaperbagco which website has been copied from well known UK printer as well. Stealing content and photos from other websites it's a criminal offence.

I had exactly the same experience as described below. I spoken to them a couple of times as they contacted me to discuss my requirements. I felt pressured to pay there and then, over the phone. After looking at these reviews, I have wisely decided not to go ahead and do business with them. They have called me over 20 times in the last week (from various numbers which I have blocked) and emailed me. I urge you to take your business and hard earned money elsewhere.

Decided not to proceed with quote, and got constantly harassed by email following up on my quote. If someone doesn't reply after the 5th email, you would get the hint. Not these guys!

Before placing the order they were extremely quick with quotes etc but after that its been a nightmare. They don't tell customers that their labels will be shipped from Pakistan so in addition to the payment to the company you are also stuck with paying off the customs charges. I have been trying to contact the for over 2 months now and nothing! Avoid at all costs, better to pay slightly extra and get your work done from a reliable company.

As others have already mentioned, this is a scam company. They also go by the name designmediaservice. Took my money, and then when I called up and said my name they would actually hang up on me! Avoid at all costs, just a big scam.

Supplied the wrong quantity of boxes, and labels not suitable for the bottles. I tried to contact on numerous occassions but to no avail but all of a sudden after raising a complaint with Paypal I get a response from them and a promise of a reprint. After 2 months of back and forth I was promised a reprint and then to be told no you can't have that as you raised a complaint on Paypal.

Then you need to check your records again. You are an Indian based company
