This company seems totally incompetent
This company seems totally incompetent. They are a debt collection agency and I was paying off a debt that my sadly deceased partner was being chased for. I paid it in full and then got an email from them thanking my partner for clearing the debt, despite the fact I made it crystal clear that she was dead. Naturally, I was extremely upset about this and all they gave me was a statement that it was their system and automatically sent to my partner. If you owe these people anything, please pay the minimum and give them a lot of stress. Judging by the threatening letters they sent my partner, they thoroughly deserve to be treated in this way!
Also, they do not respond when you say you want to make a complaint, nor inform you of a complaints procedure when asked.
