Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really gave the impression that their customers are important. I had a minor issue with the delivery firm in advance of the date. I contacted Cotswold and they immediately resolved it, confirming the resolution by phone and email.

My only slight issue was that the confirmation email I got upon completing the order and arranging next day delivery, was the statement saying the sofa was out of stock and there would be a 5 or 6 week wait! I assumed this was a stock reply, but it was concerning for a while.

This is the second time that we have purchased through the Cotswold Company this calendar year!
Heidi was excellent with our first purchase a Chantilly Bed.
Justin was exceptional with our second purchase Simply Cotswold furniture set.
We have been very impressed with the customet service, quality of the furniture, the delivery and the ease to assemble the parts of the furniture that need assembling.
I would definitely recommend the Cotswold Company for quality sturdy furniture!

All the staff were incredibly helpful with advice and guidance over the phone and in person at the store. They helped me out to the car with my good too.

I visited the shop a few weeks ago to view the Camille coffee table. A young lady from the staff was very helpful during my visit and even provided a wood sample to assist with my decision. The furniture is of excellent quality relative to its price.

My partner and I decided to purchase the elegant table, and we are looking forward to its delivery. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Joey & Anthony were helpful, efficient and well presented. I was given a 3 hour time slot but was notified 15 minutes in advance.

First time ordering from Cotswold Company and would definitely recommend. Table and chairs look lovely in my kitchen and good quality. Delivery was one week from ordering and I had updates via text and a 3-hour window, with an update just before to say they were on their way. The delivery guys, Joey and Anthony, were friendly, quick, showed me how to extend the table and back again, and left no mess. Little bag of fudge was a lovely touch! Thank you!
