Staff at Canterbury store were very helpful initially in providing details of sizes of items. When we discovered that our space couldn’t accommodate our choice- no problem! We found an alternative and the sales representative quickly dealt with the problem without any drama or worry.

We love our new furniture! From start to finish our order was handled brilliantly. From ordering in the shop and actually being able to see what we are buying, keeping us up to date with our delivery and to the delivery guys (Mark and Danny) super helpful, unpacking, placing furniture and taking all the boxes with them.

Went to Canterbury shop as we had a number of questions regarding the midnight blue larder - Verity was very welcoming and very helpful finding all the information we needed - placed order the next day

No pushy sales people, able to move chairs around before choosing. The staff very efficient and knowledgeable. Only down side was only one staff member around.

I had a wonderful time buying furniture for my new house with Trudi’s help. She totally understood my vision and how I wanted different rooms to look and her stock knowledge was second to none. She was also very supportive of my slightly dazed husband and even he became more and more enthusiastic. She gave us the perfect balance of time to wander around and availability to answer all our questions. She found ways to make sure everything can be delivered at the right time for both of us as well. If there’s an employee of the year competition she’d win the prize!

Great staff, good team spirit, couldn’t do enough to help. Very pleasurable human shopping experience where you can look, try and get a feel for the products. Hate online shopping for furniture and furnishings. Like to see the product, so much nicer. Lovely store in Canterbury.

I was rather disappointed that I couldn’t take the goods home. I have to get them delivered - even though I was buying something small enough to carry.

If I had known that - I would have ordered them online and stayed at home on the sofa!

They came to the door first to explain the process and to see where the furniture was to go, planning there options. Placed furniture with ease and professionalism, extremely polite guys, it’s been a pleasure dealing with both the Marlow branch from start to the delivery at the finish, excellent (and so rare these days in general)
