Not a good exprience for us. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher - no problem with price etc but we were not informed that the inlet hose on the machine was not a standard size and that could cause us problems - had we known that we would probably have purchased that make. The installer was unable to install as hole was not large enough so we were high and dry, we called Cooke twice that afternoon and were told that the salesman would call back - he didn't - I eventually managed to speak to him the following day and my installation fee was refunded . My point is the whole business was stressful to us and we now have to emloy a qualified plumber at a cost of £150 to complete the work.
No problem with fitter , he was quite upfront with us and this problem is common - we should have been warned!

Very helpful staff ensuring the items could be delivered into the kitchen (end location). Site survey completed to ensure access so no hiccups on the day.

All members of the sales team, namely David, Nigel and Alex were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Miele appliances purchased. From initial contact, through to delivery, even storing the items until they were needed for installation.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

Avoid like the plague ! I purchased 2 Miele ovens and a very expensive Gaggenau hob from Cooks & Company 2.5 years ago. One Miele oven which is hardly used has stopped working and they want over £300 to get it repaired. After complaining they have offered to halve this repair cost which is still unacceptable bearing in mind the Miele oven cost £1200. Miele are currently advertising on TV that their equipment should last 20 years - what a joke ! Now adding a reply to the comments posted below. I have also left Miele the same review, however, as you know under British law it is the retailer who we have a contract with and it is up to the retailer to ensure the goods they sell are fit for purpose. If you are unable to persuade Miele to fix the oven which is not working maybe you should not sell the Miele brand anymore as it is damaging your brand. We are still left with an oven that cost us £1200 only just over 2 years ago which does not work so the review is fair and accurate

Superfast delivery, well packaged and very fairly priced.
I absolutely love the Mediterranean Risotto! So tasty, so easy to prepare. I first found it in a farm shop in Yorkshire, was a great holiday meal too.
Will definitely be ordering again. Well done Cooks&Co!

Excellent service. I had a problem with my order and Cooks and Co went above and beyond to help sort it out and ensure all was as it should have been. I hasten to ass that this was the first time I had experienced a problem having bought many items from them prior to this, all without a hitch. They really are my go-to for appliances.

Having been let down by our supplier for a new hob, Cooks & Company provided a suitable alternative within 48 hours.

Delivery was fine, but I was concerned with some damage to the box and, potentially, the cooker hood. We are told to advise the company as soon as possible if we have any issues, so I took some photos and emailed them together with my concerns and have heard nothing since!

We visited Cooks & Company many times to choose appliances for our new kitchen. The sales person Ryan who dealt with us was very helpful, patient and happy! We were impressed with the range of appliances in the showroom, far better than other suppliers in the area. You really do need to see appliances before buying. Delivery arrangements were excellent too.
