Maybe a good idea to delay sending out the review request by a few more days, I purchase quite a lot of items online and find that the larger carriers delivering bulky items are the slowest..

Shipped and delivered product, 4 acrows size 3, on time. Driver left them exactly where he was asked to. Would order from this company again.

I ordered the scaffold trestles at 4.30pm and they were with me before midday the following day!
Cant ask for much more than that other than the price was very good, quality great and delivery costs were cheaper than everywhere else I looked.
Definitely recommend!

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional…
Ordered scaffolding on a thursday night hoping for dispatch on friday.
Emailed the following monday morning to find out why it hadn’t been dispatched but got no answer so phoned them in the afternoon and was told that they were trying to find couriers because they are based in Norwich. This struck me as odd as they are a nationwide supplier and apparently have experience shipping all over the country.
Was told I would be contacted the following day to confirm when it would be delivered. The next day at 3pm I got an email saying they had refunded my order “as our local suppliers to yourself are having issue's with stocks of scaffold tube.”
I emailed back asking why I wasn’t told that they had no stock when I phoned but they were trying to find a courier, no one has answered almost a week later.
Terrible customer service and I’m still waiting for paypal to process the refund which apparently could take up to 30 days to get back to my bank account once they approve it which they still haven’t 6 days later! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
