DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. TOLD THE DELIVERY WOULD BE 2-4 DAYS TO THE UK. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AND I'VE YET TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAVE NOT HAD ONE REPLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU DON'T.

AVOID!! I ordered from this company over a month ago, I’ve emailed them on numerous occasion just to be ignored, I still haven’t received the order I paid for nor a reply to any emails!!!

Ordered from here nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received my order, I also emailed the company a few days ago to see where it was but never got a reply. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them!

WHY? THEY HAVE FIDDLED PAYPAL SP YOU CAN NOT FILE CLAIM VIA PAYPAL SO THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY.

I JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE THEIR ATTITUDE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE AND TBH I WOULD TRUST ANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE.

SO IF YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOU MONEY AND NOT GET ANYTHING IN RETURN GO AHEAD. BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT AND BUT ELSEWHERE AS THESE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

P.S with respect to the below reply. They ignored almost all my emails. The strike was not the reason but used that as an excuse.
Since this review I still never got my order and it took over 4 weeks to get my money back.
It was found They set up their PayPal so you can not report a problem to get your money back. So if you pay by PayPal to these people, you have no security as PayPal can't help ypu. All because of They way their account it set up

Products arrived after a week. Good price so cant complain. Only 4 stars as they give the impression they are UK based and that delivery will be a couple of days. They are based in Sweden, so I guess all this Brexit bull has extended delivery times. They should be honest on the website and make it clear that delivery can take longer than a week. Not really an issue as the whole point is to order in bulk. Just place your next order in advance of your stock running out. Happy shagging!

Worse company I have ever dealt with,i now understand why they dont have a phone number we can call.
I paid and items not arrived
I emailed them and there was no apology and said it will arrive after waiting and waiting and sending emails i received a reply
To say they sill process a refund but after weeks of waiting still no refund.

Reading all the below reviews im not supprised at all. I ordered my on the 29th of may. Over a week and two emails later not a squeek from the company!
They wont give you a contact number so you canbonly use email! The cheek of them!
At this rate i have no idea when or if my items will arrive.
Paypal dispute opened, absolutly poor service! Avoid!

And yes ,the order was about 2 weeks late but considering it's not shipped from UK it is understandable .

Have used this company 9/10 times & never had an issue with late deliveries, I emailed 2 days ago to ask where my order was as it clearly states 2-3 working day delivery but still had no reply! Absolute shame as this use to be a prompt efficient company. I will be opening a case with eBay to get a full refund if my order has not arrived by next week, & in future I’ll be ordering from somewhere else.

Awful service, ordered on April 1st it’s now April 20th and still no parcel, no reply to emails and money has been taken. Avoid!!!!

Placed order on 27nd feb. I emailed them 8th March to say have not recived order and to wait until end of week. Waited until end of week and still not got it. Emailed back to as for refund as I purchased elsewhere but no one has emailed back. No phone number to even talk to anyone and no tracking numbers to track parcel. Terrible experience. I’m not sure about this website because I have ordered over a week ago and still nothing even know I have paid for 2-3 day delivery not as satisfactory as it says

Paid for 2/3 day service ! This was a week ago, deliveries being a few days late over the Christmas period can be expected. However I have emailed the company twice to see if they know the whereabouts of my parcel and had no response at all! If you can’t guarantee 2/3 day service do not offer it for an extra charge and then to not reply to emails from customers asking about their product is very poor. Do not use this company. I should have checked reviews before buying !

This website has cheap interesting products with great deals for new customers, an over £20 spend gift and gives a discount code with your first order of condom's for more. But I would give them extra time with the delivery.
The website itself is a little hard to browse, and you need to read the details when adding deals (remember to double check). I was a little worried when my order was late arriving especially after seeing some of the review but it arrived 5 days after the order was processed which is longer then the "2-4 working days" it claim but really not that bad, especially seeing how much cheaper the products are on this site compared to others. I definitely found some brands and makes of products that I have never seen before with most of them being from foreign manufacturers which was definitely more interesting. They have a nice range of products from large bulk buys to cool little interesting lots (like some glow in the dark condom's) and the price make trying a new range less of a risk.

Order placed from the condom outlet on the 20th October, money taken from my bank. Now 2/11/2020 I still await the order. Requests for a refund have so far been denied by the condom outlet, so I am in the process of a Visa dispute to recover my money paid.
This firm is a con/ scam outfit. !!! be aware of this !!

Took 14 days to come, was well worth the wait getting them delivered to work, the receptionist's usually open my post and now they all know I'm packing heat, cheers again
