Bad service and user experience

Bad customer support and service
This opinion is based on my experience for Portugal. The company I work for started using Cobee in the beginning of 2022 and I requested my card as soon as it was possible to do so (14/01). I confirmed my address which was correctly sent and later verified by the Cobee team but even after 15 workdays (24 total days) I still don't have my card nor can I access my monthly meal subsidy since the app is useless. After a couple emails the local team's reply wasn't satisfactory and I'm still waiting to know when they'll send a 2nd card.
