I initially joined with a different role in mind. While that exact direction didn’t materialize, they helped me move into a new path that still leverages the skills I wanted to use, just in a different way.

They also introduced me to Customer Success, which I hadn’t seriously considered before but quickly became very interested in. I would never have looked into this role, the company, or even this direction without their guidance.

My salary also increased by €21,000, and I’m grateful for the opportunity, as it offers better work-life balance, room for growth, and the chance to develop new skills while still using my strengths.
