No lock in contract but if i want to cancel i need to pay for an extra month. So technically if you want to cancel you need to cancel a month earlier, kinda predatory ngl.

It’s fine for young people that know what they’re doing but not for less experienced people. No real help (although others members are helpful). It’s like a factory. Then, try cancelling and I have to endure 2 more payments before they’ll cancel, despite cancelling as I can’t afford it.
The WORST gym ever
The WORST gym ever, they say no lock in contract in the beginning but when you try to cancel, good luck! Website really tricky, you send emails nobody reply, they reply after days/weeks and keep charging you. When cancelling your membership they will still charge you for a further 28 days! If you are not using a service you shouldn’t be charged for it in the name of terms&conditions! I definitely DONT RECOMMEND
The WORST gym ever
The WORST gym ever, they say no lock in contract in the beginning but when you try to cancel, good luck! Website really tricky, you send emails nobody reply, they reply after days/weeks and keep charging you, asking for proofs why you’re cancelling 😤
a gym is a service, if the clients are not happy, they are free to choose another service. I definitely DONT RECOMMEND!!!
Do not ever provide your credit card…
Do not ever provide your credit card details. ClubLime have continually illegally debited contrary to initial join up contract $20 additional charges. They continually harass via SMS and emails and ignore requests to STOP phishing and scamming for information. They sell your personal information to social marketing and their gym staff are unfriendly, the gym equipment is filthy dirty, poorly maintained mouldy showers, smelly unsanitary toilets and the gym floor flea infested. The management are unprofessional and the direct debit credit card system is fraudulent.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Crappy equipment and trying to get hold of ANYONE with regards to membership is hopeless. Partner got charged a single gym rate and I got charge multi gym rate despite signing the same time. Tried to suspend due to illness and it obviously didn't work coz I got charged. Tried to cancel...nope. Need to pay overdue first. Tried to contact ANYONE about it. Not a hope in hell. Rip Offs. Do NOT waste your time, effort or money.
Club Lime Sunbury go elsewhere
Club Lime Sunbury is a disgrace with broken equipment that doesn’t get fixed for months. The machines are not serviced and most recently an elderly gentleman fell backwards injuring him badly after a cable snapped and was offered a resolve of two weeks free, what a joke. The tvs in the cardio area don’t work and treadmills are constantly not working. Some of the female staff particularly Maddy can’t even say hello or goodbye to members.
Serious lack of professionalism and…
Serious lack of professionalism and breach of privacy
...While Club Lime itself is a fantastic facility with a great atmosphere, I cannot recommend vanessa as a personal trainer. I’m devastated to leave a gym I genuinely loved, but her conduct made it impossible to stay.
My sessions were frequently spent listening to her gossip about other clients' private business—including sensitive medical diagnoses and domestic issues—or her own grievances regarding gym rent fees and increases and personal drama. As a client with a disability, I felt completely unheard and, frankly, exploited. I invested nearly $4,000 of my pension money into her services, yet my specific physical requirements (such as focusing on my legs) were ignored in favour of her using me as an emotional sounding board.
When I eventually tried to set boundaries and express how overwhelmed I felt, she showed a total lack of accountability. She turned the situation around to play the victim, attacking my character rather than addressing her professional failings. It is incredibly difficult to find a gym when you have a disability, and to have that experience ruined by such unprofessional behaviour is deeply disappointing. A huge waste of money and a distressing end to my time at this gym.
This gym is crap and too money hungry…
This gym is crap and too money hungry that’s all I can say , better look for a decent gym people but never consider club lime
Good facilities and well-maintained…
Good facilities and well-maintained equipment but staff are rarely on site and no one answers the phone during the advertised staffed hours. The gym’s own policy prohibits unaccompanied minors at night, yet large groups of loud, unsupervised teenage boys are often present, creating an unpleasant environment for most adults.
I’ve also heard numerous complaints about the difficulty of cancelling memberships. Fortunately, my own was cancelled immediately once head office was made aware of the potential liabilities in enforcing a 28-day notice period.
Enjoy training at Club Lime
Enjoy training at Club Lime, friendlly atmosphere. Just wish the people using at night would put weights back so we don't trip over next day. Obviously they still live at home with Mum :)
The wont cancel the membership!
After having a credit card cancelled I contacted their support centre to advice to hold the debits on the card and I would update them when I had a new card - the refused: So I wrote an email cancelling my membership. I wrote many emails. Called them etc: I was not able to cancel online as I had no credit card to update - that was in April and it is now August and every two weeks the still try and take money out of my account and send me a debt notice despite demanding no further contact by them. I will be reporting this company for breach of privacy, harassment and wasting my time.
CLUB LIME DO NOT VALUE THEIR MEMBERS
Squeezing their members, staff, and gyms for every last cent. Horrible company. Can’t wait for their monopoly to start collapsing in on itself. they’ve burnt all their loyal members, employees and staff along the way, so don’t expect loyalty in return, greedy company. Your members deserve better. Your staff deserve better.
Club Lime Scams:
Club Lime Scams:
* NO CONTRACT
* But keep charging 28 days after cancel
* And charge other hidden fees
They should stop this for all members.
Stay away from it!!!
Club Lime is a scamer
Club Lime says no contract when you sign up, but keep charging you for 28 days after cancellation request, these notification days is definitely not necessary and unfair to all members. Australia law should treat this as a scam!
VIVA LEASURE FACELESS UNACCOUNTABLE MONEYGRAB
Viva Leisure (Club Lime) is a Faceless Unaccountable Dump and Moneygrab.
Staff at Club Lime Noosa are helpful
Requires 2 weeks notice to freeze membership because of their payment cycle wth ???
Have to enter details into portal, does NOT allow freezing account for your nominated days.
Then have the audacity to charge $ 2.50 plus interest on the web page with wrong dates.
Is this even legal ????
Club Lime West End (QLD)
Club Lime West End (QLD) is small and dated compared to other Club Lime facilities.
Over the past 12 months the facilities have on occasion been quite filthy with dead pest such as cockroaches and moths being left in the same position for days, as well as empty drink bottles and paper towel. The restrooms and club can get quite smelly with limited fresh air flow.
Staff are regularly late to their shifts and this means facilities such as the sauna are not available for use at their advertised opening hours. The staff can be extremely rude and offensive particularly when feedback is provided.
Overall a poor experience and some serious attention to customer service required.
STAY AWAY FROM CLUB LIME!!!
STAY AWAY FROM CLUB LIME!!!
After joining for a six week free trial i went into the club to try and get in, the staff then told me that my membership did not exist in there system and that i was not a member there. After this i never worried about the membership and never used there gyms as i thought that i did not have a membership with them. I was not getting billed by them over this time so i generally thought something was mixed up and my membership did not go through. About 18 months after this i was then contacted by a staff member in head office called ruby, she emailed me and told me that i owed over $1900 to them. I was absolutely gobsmacked. After explaining to them what had happened they pretty much told me that it was not there problem and they would reduce my fee to $900 instead. After constant back and forth emails with there team they have now stayed at a price of $600 and told me that i will have to pay this and that i have no other option. I am a young girl struggling in a cost of living crises and cannot just pull $600 out of my back pocket. I am absolutey disgraced with there ethical practices and after reading multiple reviews about them i am highly convinced that they should be sued under frauds and scams. All they care about is money, they do not care about there customers or there wellbeing. They are massive scam artist and i recommend to absolutely stay away from them. I have delt with anytime fitness before and they are an absolute pleasure, highly recommended anytime fitness but stay the f away from club lime before you are caught in there scams of fraud as well!!!! I will be doing everything in my power to make sure they do not continue on with there fraudulent scams.
Highly unethical and legally…
Highly unethical and legally questionable practices.
Signed up for a free trial and only attended once. Began receiving failed credit card payment emails.
Advised I never wanted to continue and to cancel.
5 months later I receive a phone call advising I owe a significant amount of money and need to pay. I explained I informed intention to cancel and won't be paying.
Was the told ill continue to be charged if I don't cancel via app... Guess what happens if you go to cancel via app... it doesn't let you until you pay them.
Absolutely appalled by club lime
Absolutely appalled by club lime, all they want is your money and do not care if you no longer want to be a member having to give notice to cancel your membership! Disgusting will make sure to tell all my family and friends to never go here
