UNACCEPTABLE

Don't waste your time or money with these! I had them out on a Friday afternoon ( not long ago!) 2 men walked into my front room said " so where have you seen the bedbugs " i told them, not taking on what i said one of ge men went over to my sofa looked under one cushion " and said you've not got them you'd no if you had ....then left they wasn't in my hone more than 3 minutes. Now my home is a stare where the bugs are visible extremely easy, there in every room .....TERRIBLE SERVICE there luckily to get one star ( they only got that as I had to put one
