Worse Device ever, I am throwing mine in the trash, after spending $500 on this horrible device. Unfortunately, it does seem to have potential...but 5 years later the product is still crap. We bought the Cinder in Dec 2021...

Customer Service is useless, they recommended using baking paper (which turns into a liquid mess, if you have tried it) or buying new plates for USD 149. I recommend anyone looking for an indoor grill that will actually make their life simpler to explore the Ninja Foodi Grill instead. Cinder has potential, but the current product is horrible, the app is glitchy and full of bugs, and the customer service is not even aware that the app is down. It is really one of the worst product experiences, and we buy a lot of BETA products...and we are still in shock. And finally - this price point of $500 with all these issues. Also, check out the reviews when it comes to the Cinder grill, it is accurate - this is not a final product to sell to consumers, and after buying it they are not offering the support and customer service required. FYI - I have not heard back from customer service since I told them that I am not willing to continue investing in a defective product.

I love my Cinder! So easy to use, works great with my Cinder app. I love showing it off to guests and trying new recipes on it! I can cook "exotic" meats all to a perfect temperature - makes me look pretty cool haha

I received my Cinder precision grill last week and I must say that I am very pleased. I bought this to replace a much older grill which had burned out. I started grilling right out of the box and love how the food comes out.

Cinder Grill is a very special product. It's the only thing in my kitchen that guarantees that my food will taste amazing. It's my absolute go-to for incredible food. It's almost weird, anything I put in there tastes great. Pancakes, scallops, salmon, potato, steak (of course). For steaks, I use my cast iron pan for a "black and blue" sear along with Cinder. Luckily I can preheat the cast iron in the oven then stove while the Cinder cooks. I preheat Cinder.

Only problem is it's quite big, takes up a lot of countertop space. I just leave it on the counter all the time and use it just about every day.

Works like magic! Would recommend this device to anyone. Hope that they add more recipes to the app so that I can cook even more.

Cinder is just wow. I love it! Use it almost every day and would have never have it any other way. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Cinder grill is not your average smart cooking device. It's brought back the joy in my cooking. I put the main component of my cooking on cinder grill and have so much more time and energy to devote to all the accompaniments and side dishes. I'm making better meals than I've made in years!

It's very versatile, you can grill, sear, saute fry eggs, sous vide and most importantly it's probe free! It's cooking magic

This machine has made my life SO much easier! Hello no-fuss French toast, and amazingly soft cooked veg, the perfect consistency for fajitas :) The Cinder isn't just for meat lovers IMHO. I've had such a wonderful time using it and I can't wait to try more out.

I use Cinder grill almost everyday. I love my Cinder! Really versatile cooking tool and one of the best in my kitchen. Everything I have done on it comes out perfectly--never overdone or underdone.

Not as important but it has one of the best user interfaces of a ‘smart’ cooking product. If you don’t know what you’re doing at first (like me) and ignore the instructions, you’ll figure it out almost immediately.

I’ve tried sous-vide but find the plastic and weird gray meat color really off-putting. Cinder makes real food, no plastic and much more environmentally friendly.

Makes amazing steaks and burgers! Can't wait to try some new ideas!

it is a user friendly grill, easy to cook and no time to clean - easy even for someone that doesn't know or doesn't like to cook and results are one of the best - I don't see any to compare to

I never write reviews but this time I had to. This is super easy to use & clean and your meats come out juicy still. Cinder is automatic cooking as advertised and I couldn't recommend this product enough.

Overall I really enjoy this product. It's really well mad and has completely transformed the food I make.
It's a great product . Made me go back to cooking. No smells, no smoke alarms lol . I use it for everything: meat to breakfast. Everything I've tried on it so far has come out perfectly. Would love some more recipes so I know what else to cook.

I have been using this product every day since I bought it. Cinder has changed my cooking entirely! I can cook anything literally effortlessly -- veggies, meat, fish, anything.

I had a few questions about the product when I first received it and reached out to customer service. They were super helpful and answered all of my questions almost immediately. This one's a keeper.

This product is awesome. Just set your steak on the hot plate and forget it (usually I go watch TV). Once the meat is ready, the iPhone app notifies me and I walk back into the kitchen to perfectly cooked steak -- I don't even have to think about it or do any cooking.

Whoever made this thing is a genius.
