Good but with one issue
My only complaint is that they shouldn't allow customers to purchase two hour rentals when they know you will only have the bike for 1 hour and 20 minutes because of closing time. Everything else was wonderful.

Excellent Bike Experience
I booked 2 bikes on Central Park Sightseeing website. Check-in at the location was very quick and in a few minutes we had our bikes ready to go. Location is very convenient just 3 blocks far from Central Park. Both bikes seats height were adjusted by the staff. Bikes were in good shape and working just fine. Returning the bikes were also very fast. I would definitely recommend.

Online booking offers discounted prices, was easy and quick. Staff were all very friendly and were happy to answer all our inquiries about Broadway shows, the park etc....

We found the bike reservation system online. It cost only $19 for a full day. The bikes were in good shape and the staff knew what they were doing.

Nice views, more attention needed from guide
I liked the places where the tour took us, but I wasn´t able to hear anything about the history or any explanation because I was the last in the bike´s line, and I guess the tour guide was heard just for the 2 or 3 first persons in the line... Also he should paid more attention to the group because it was easy to stay back at some sreet cross, we almost got lost...

Good experience altogether
The company's website is not always reliable - my upfront payment was taken off my bank account several times and it took several days for the undue expenses to be refunded - but this was a bug and not dishonesty. When on the premises, be prepared to be strongly advised to pay for an insurance. They say that baskets are included in the price, this is not possible if you want a men's bike. Also, they don't have toilets for their consumers and send you to the nearby pizzeria, which I find weird.
Good points are that the bikes they provided are pretty good, and the tour itself was interesting. Group size is actually limited to 15 people, an appropriate number.

Great bargain and best way to see Central Park!!...
My husband and I had a lot of ground to cover to show him all the places that were of importance to me from when I lived in NYC -- biking the park was the perfect option to see it all! We rented for 2 hours (and could certainly have spent more time) and were able to travel the entire park with a few nice stops thrown in. Bikes were in great condition and comfortable. We passed other bike rentals in the park and realized we had gotten an incredible deal and when we come back we are TOTALLY doing this again with Central Park Sightseeing!!

Central Park Sightseeing LLC is convenient to the park, has great bikes with helmets, locks and baskets included in the rental fee (choose any or all options). They are well organized, and moved people through very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend a bike tour - fantastic experience!
