We ordered a quadrant shower cubicle back in December last year, after a couple of weeks called them on numerous occasions only to be told the person you need to talk to you is out at the moment, took my details and know call back what a surprise.
Decided to contact PayPal as we had gone through them at the start to put in an issue as concerns we hadn't received anything, and thankfully they got all of our money back.
Don't order anything from them as they are con artists not trust worthy at all. Hopefully this will help before you order anything.

Going by the “good” reviews - obviously family have written them 😂

After buying off the company on eBay. And trying to contact regarding delivery date, ignoring every single message.they cancelled the order without telling me. Refunded my money to PayPal, after waiting 2 weeks for the payment to go back into my bank, I contacted PayPal for them to tell me that had somehow cancelled the refund. So never sent any goods and tried to take me money aswel! Disgusting! Luckily I got my money back from this con company

I purchased a tap set from them. now after 3 weeks the taps haven't arrived and i have been unable to contact them to find out any information or get a refund. from the reviews i have read about this company they are just scammers. DO NOT BUY from them.

My purchases were in poor condition, their service was shocking, and I have even been lied to by their staff.

And coming here to share my experience... is it just me, or is there something odd about the positive reviews here?

I bought a elegant 1000 vanity unit from Cascada bathrooms, I had a few problems to start with, a broken marble worktop in transit, also a broken mirror, but these guys were fast to help resolve my problems and replaced everything in no time and also advised me with other things and overall were very helpful.
I would happily use them again knowing that even if a problem arises they will be more than happy to help and resolve any issues. I'm thankful as I have a great looking bathroom now and anytime I need anything they are only a phone call away! I totally recommend using them they have lovely products and can help spice up your bathroom to a new modern look with anything you desire from LED mirrors, spotlighted vanity units with marble top like mine :)

We bought a toilet from the website. After 3 weeks we phoned to see where it was and was told that as the manufacturer had stopped making it they couldn't send it. Didn't bother telling us and just kept the money. It was also still available on their website. The man on the phone was also rude and just terrible

great online shopping experience

Just one month ago when we did out bathroom, we came across this online store. I found very good products there so I ordered plenty of things with them. We had little bit issue regarding delay but later it was sorted but main problem occurs when we found, one of the unit was incomplete. I called them but they advised me to contact another company from which they bought that unit. After calling them several times, I received wrong order that too took almost 20-25 days but no communication from other end & we were completely in dark whether we will be getting that part or not. DUring that I called sevearl times Casacada Bathrooms as well & they told me everytime, they are srting it out but nothing happened. It now almost over a month but we have not received the part yet & their staff is highly rude once sale is done. Before that they call you if they have promissed but once sale is done, they don't even bother to return your call & no help at all. Will not recomand anybody to use this company ever

I can honestly say. This has to be one of the best companies I have ever delt with! They have been nothing but helpful, even a long period after I had brought my shower unit they just wanted to help me out.
If your looking for any bathroom equipment. Dont bother looking anywhere else. You wont find a better service than Cascadabathrooms.co.uk
Forget the rest as these are truly the best!! both friendly and efficient and the most inportant thing is they are cheap!!!!! but with Top quality goods. I would choose this company hands down over anyone else so would highly recommend anyone give them a try. You will not regret it.
