Having encountered other estate agents in the area previously, it was refreshing to find a company who were upfront about everything from the start. Completely honest in the buying procedure (ie not asking for thousands in cash!) which made us comfortable enough to trust them also with the sale of our apartment. Very professional but also approachable with any queries. We entered their business premises as clients but now have friends too!

Cases Espania at La Siesta , Torrevieja have just sold my Spanish property . I would like to praise Sarah and Helen for their hard work in the sale . They both kept me informed of the progress of the sale . Both were so helpful with advice as the Spainish procedure is so different to ours . They were both contactable at all times and alway replied to emails and phone calls .They made the whole process stress free. Also they are both English which was great and made things easier. I highly rate this company as they work hard to sell your property. Thank you Cases Espania .

I sold my property with Casas Espania and the service was excellent from start to finish. I was nervous as I had been renting the properly and needed a fast sale once I lost that income. I was also a bit concerned as I had an up build that wasn’t on the escritura and you just expect something to go wrong in Spain! Sarah was excellent. She reassured me, she managed my expectations and she knew her stuff. She organized an architect to arrange the certificates I needed and had a buyer before my tenant had even moved out! In fact it never even went on their website as I had a buyer and offer that same day!
Sarah arranged a solicitor who knew her stuff and sale was done dusted and hassle free. I sold the house as seen and I’d had to leave stuff behind. They sorted all of that for me including cleaning and the only thing I needed to do was a quick trip from the UK to set up power of attorney for the solicitor.
Start to finish - 4 weeks! Surpassed my expectations and Sarah was patient with my million emails and constant need for reassurance! Can’t recommend her enough!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Andy in helping make myself and families dreams come true. We had the pleasure of spending 5 wonderful days with Andy looking at properties. He didn’t just organise properties to view, he went out his way by showing us the key things in each area that would be of interest to us. His recommendations for solicitors, bank and currency converters was really appreciated and meant we really utilised our time well when we had our viewing trip. He surpassed our expectations and couldn’t be more grateful for his dedication in helping us find our home away from home.

Early in July was my experience coming to Spain and visiting Torrevieja. With the aim of finding a property.
I wanting a property a short distanced from the beach. A friend drove me around visiting lots of areas. On my second day I was taken to see lots of properties within my budget.
Regretfully l didn’t get a whow factor which for me is crucial.
I popped into Casas Espania there I met Sarah Turner sitting at her desk,straight away I felt comfortable with her Sarah informed me that at the moment there wasn’t any properties in Altos le Limonar on the ground floor available. We went and visited 2 other areas I viewed 2 properties. They were nice but again, I just didn’t get that feeling.
Sarah understood exactly where I was coming from.
Luckily Sarah informed me a property has just been looked at by a colleagues, but it wouldn’t be going on the market it Saturday as photo were needed .
Sarah was aware I was so disappointed as I was flying Friday morning. I asked the impossible could see get me a viewing Wednesday.
Sarah achieved in my opinion the impossible. I viewed the property with a friend.
The owner was at home, l made an offer, they made a counter offer. I excepted their offer.

I cannot thank Casa España enough for all their hard work, In making my dream come true.

We met a rep from Casas Espania at the NEC Birmingham A place in the sun show live. Right from the start we felt at ease with the company and arranged a viewing trip. Even though our budget was tiny we were treated like the Beckhams. Sarah, who looked after us, listened to what we wanted and found us a house in no time. We were assisted with our NIE, bank accounts and more. Our house needed updating and they arranged all the building work/planning permission. Although we stayed in the UK the build went without a hitch. We got everything we wanted ON BUDGET and on time. They turned our house into our dream home.
